    Abstract: In certain aspects, a first opening extending vertically through a first dielectric deck including a first plurality of interleaved sacrificial layers and dielectric layers above a substrate is formed. A high-k dielectric layer and a channel sacrificial layer free of polysilicon are subsequently formed along a sidewall of the first opening. A second opening extending vertically through a second dielectric deck including a second plurality of interleaved sacrificial layers and dielectric layers on the first dielectric deck is formed to expose the channel sacrificial layer in the first opening. The channel sacrificial layer is removed in the first opening. A memory film and a semiconductor channel are subsequently formed over the high-k dielectric layer along sidewalls of the first and second openings.

    Abstract: An efficient blue-green to orange-red thermally activated delayed fluorescence material, a manufacture method, and an application thereof are provided. This disclosure solves the technical problems in the art by cleverly synthesizing a series of thermally activated delayed fluorescence materials, which have lower singlet-triplet energy difference, high luminous efficiency, and fast reverse intersystem crossing constant, and simultaneously fine-tuning the structure to cover the spectrum from blue-green light to orange-red light. Further, their structures are confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectroscopy, and their photophysical properties are also determined. Therefore, these luminescent thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials are applied to light-emitting layer for manufacturing a series of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) having high performance, which have great application prospects and economic value.

    Abstract: A method for evaluating brittleness of a deep shale reservoir and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes determining a Rickman brittleness index of the deep shale reservoir and determining an effective pressure of the deep shale reservoir according to a pore pressure and an overlying formation pressure of the deep shale reservoir. The Rickman brittleness index is adjusted to obtain the brittleness index of the deep shale reservoir according to an exponential relationship of the brittleness index with the effective pressure of the deep shale reservoir. Inherent properties, such as rock brittle mineral content and the like, are better indicated by the Rickamn brittleness index, and then the brittleness index of the deep shale reservoir is obtained by utilizing the exponential relationship of the brittleness index with the effective pressure of the deep shale reservoir, to realize reasonable evaluation for the brittleness of the deep shale reservoir.

An order including the determined one or more items is generated, and the order is associated to the customer's user account to be paid by the customer.
