Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data decoding method and apparatus, relate to the field of wireless communications, and can improve a resource utilization rate in a decoding process, thereby improving decoding efficiency. The method of the present invention includes: dividing a to-be-decoded data transport block into N code blocks, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; and decoding the N code blocks in parallel according to a reverse direction of encoding. The present invention is applicable to data decoding.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for controlling power consumption of a TURBO decoder, which relate to the field of wireless communications technologies, can control a peak operation amount of the TURBO decoder to be within a certain range, and avoid occurrence of greater peak power consumption during a work process of the TURBO decoder, thereby lowering the manufacturing cost of a device using the TURBO decoder. The method of the present invention includes: determining size of a transmission block; determining, according to the size of the transmission block, the number of iteration times required for the TURBO decoder to process the transmission block, so as to control an operation amount required for the TURBO decoder to process the transmission block. The present invention is applicable to the TURBO decoder.

Abstract: A method for continuous High Internal Phase Emulsion (HIPE) foam production. A HIPE is produced then extruded onto a belt. After polymerization, a portion of the saturated aqueous phase is removed using a vacuum box. A nip insert is inserted under the vacuum box to raise the vacuum box leading to improved uniformity of the HIPE in the cross direction along the belt.
