  • Patent number: 12227752
Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of MtNAC33 gene and a protein encoded thereby in the cultivation of high-biomass and drought-tolerant alfalfa, belonging to the technical field of plant genetic engineering. The plant protein encoded by MtNAC33 gene has the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2, and MtNAC33 gene has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1. In the present invention, the drought tolerance of Arabidopsis thaliana and alfalfa can be significantly improved by regulating the expression level of MtNAC33 in alfalfa. The phenotypes of delayed flowering, increased leaf-to-stem ratio and more biomass in alfalfa were also developed, which has an important effect for genetic improvement of stress resistance and biomass of forage grass and other crops.

  • Patent number: 11844413
Abstract: A packaging container includes a tube body, a tube head, a roller applicator, and a cover. The tube head is connected to one end of the tube body, and the roller applicator is arranged on the tube head. When not in use, the cover may cover the tube head, and the blocking portion of the cover seals an orifice of the tube head to prevent inner material from leaking. When in use, the contact area between the roller applicator and the skin may reach more than 65%, which provides an improved massage effect.

  • Publication number: 20210139880
Abstract: The disclosure discloses microbial conductive ceramics and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of microorganisms and the technical field of semiconductor materials. The disclosure is based on ordinary insulating macroporous ceramics, using the means of cell immobilization and the principle of microbial adsorption, to prepare the microbial conductive ceramics including macroporous ceramics, microbes immobilized on the macroporous ceramics and metal ions adsorbed to the microbes. The microbial conductive ceramics have excellent performance, and the conductivity of the microbial conductive ceramics can reach 2.91×106 S/m. At the same time, the cost of the microbial conductive ceramics is low, only 10% of the cost of conductive ceramics with the same conductivity.

  • Patent number: 10934383
Abstract: A composition formed by dispersing at least a plurality of first particles within a matrix material and dispersing at least a plurality of second particles within the matrix material, the second particles being different from the first particles, wherein interaction between the at least a plurality of second particles and the at least a plurality of first particles determines a spatial distribution of the plurality of second particles within the matrix material.

  • Patent number: 9681496
Abstract: The core of a high temperature furnace has an elongated central test cavity for testing/calibration of a temperature-sensitive component, such as the probe of a thermocouple. At least three electrical heating elements as positioned adjacent to the test cavity, including two elements adjacent to the opposite end portions of the test cavity, respectively, and a center element between the end elements. A uniform temperature profile is maintained in the cavity by control circuitry that manages the supply of electrical power to the heating elements, by periodically configuring interconnections of the elements during multiple phases of a duty cycle. The duty cycle includes a first phase in which current is passed through the center element, a second phase in which current is passed through the end elements in series, and a third phase in which current is passed through one of the end elements and also through the center element without passing current through the other end element.
