Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a quantitative, sterile and disposable automatic cell sampling device and method. The automatic cell sampling device includes a sampling container, a pump, a sterile filter, a control valve, a first conduit, and a second conduit. A receiving cavity is formed in an interior of the sampling container, and a first interface and a second interface are formed in a top portion of the sampling container for achieving a maximum sampling capacity of the sampling container. One end of the first conduit is connected to the first interface, and the other end thereof is connected to a cell based drug production device through the pump. The control valve is installed in a middle of the first conduit. The second conduit is connected between the second interface and the sterile filter, and is configured for discharging and supplementing sterile air in the sampling container.

Abstract: The present application disclosed a cell centrifugation apparatus and a cell centrifugation, washing and culture method. The cell centrifugation apparatus comprises a centrifuge chamber (1) and a liquid pushing plate (2); the centrifuge chamber (1) has a rotation axis, and the centrifuge chamber (1) is used to connected with a rotation drive mechanism (4) and rotate around its rotation axis under drive of the rotation drive mechanism (4), so as to centrifuge a blood sample contained in the centrifuge chamber (1); and one or more liquid pushing plates (2) are arranged in the centrifuge chamber (1), when the centrifuge chamber (1) rotates, the liquid pushing plate (2) is used to push the blood sample to rotate synchronously along the same rotation direction as the centrifuge chamber (1).

Abstract: A method for automatic cell centrifugal cleaning and medium replacement includes: obtaining a cell volume and a critical value of a centrifugal device after centrifugal stabilization of the centrifugal device; and performing, according to a magnitude relationship between the cell volume and the critical value of the centrifugal device, a velocity reduction process on a centrifugal chamber by combining the cell volume and the centrifugal chamber information. The extracted volume is changed by velocity-reduced rotation, and the rotation at a reduced velocity is adjusted according to the magnitude relationship between the cell volume and the critical value of the centrifugal device. The optimal cleaning and medium replacement effect on cells of different volumes can be realized. A high capture rate and a high medium replacement rate are obtained and maximized from different volumes of cell samples in the fixed parameters of the centrifugal chamber.

Abstract: A fixed crank driving mechanism is provided, and belongs to the field of a crank driving mechanism, including a servo motor provided at one side of a fixed template, where the servo motor is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft, each end of two ends of the rotating shaft is connected with a crank, a tip end of the crank is movably connected with an elbow-shaped transmission arm, the elbow-shaped transmission arm is movably connected with a piston rod of an oil cylinder through a connecting seat, the connecting seat and the oil cylinder are fixedly provided on a movable template, the movable template is movable along guide posts, and one end of each of the guide posts is vertically and fixedly connected with the fixed template. The fixed crank driving mechanism reduces the weight of the movable template and the load of the servo motor.
