    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provides a MEMS solenoid inductor, including: a silicon substrate, a soft magnetic core, and a solenoid; wherein the soft magnetic core is wrapped inside the silicon substrate, the silicon substrate is provided with a spiral channel, the soft magnetic core passes through a center of the spiral channel, and the solenoid is disposed in the spiral channel. By disposing the soft magnetic core and the solenoid of the inductor inside the silicon substrate completely, the thickness of the silicon substrate is fully utilized, and the obtained inductor has a larger winding cross-sectional area and improved magnetic flux, which increases the inductance value of the inductor; at the same time, the silicon substrate plays a protective role on the soft magnetic core and the solenoid, the strength of the inductor is improved, and the good impact resistance is provided.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch substrate, a touch display panel and a display apparatus. A line width of at least a part of a bridging electrode in a spacing region between a sub-electrode of a corresponding first touch electrode and a corresponding second touch electrode in a first direction is greater than a line width of the corresponding second touch electrode, so that a routing length of an edge of the bridging electrode in the spacing region can be increased, or so that a certain gap exists between the sub-electrode and the residual metal at the edge of the bridging electrode, the sub-electrode is insulated from the residual metal, the short circuit between the first touch electrode where the sub-electrode is located and the second touch electrode due to the metal residue can be avoided, and the touch quality of the touch substrate can be ensured.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a repairing method, a repairing device and a manufacturing method of an array substrate, the repairing method comprises: cutting off electrical connection between the pixel driving circuit and the first electrode in an abnormal pixel unit; forming a first through hole and a second through hole in a pixel defining layer according to positions of a selected candidate pixel unit and the abnormal pixel unit; forming a conductive connection part on the pixel defining layer, the conductive connection part electrically connects to the first electrode in the abnormal pixel unit through the first through hole, and to the first electrode in the candidate pixel unit through the second through hole. In the solutions in the present invention, the pixel driving circuit in the candidate pixel unit is electrically connected to the OLED in the abnormal pixel unit, so that the abnormal pixel unit is repaired.
