    Abstract: Disclosed are a processing method and device for a radio bearer for transmitting a data stream. The method comprises: determining a quality of service parameter transferred to an access network node by a control entity of a core network; and performing processing on a radio bearer according to the quality of service parameter so as to transmit a data stream needing to be transmitted between the core network and a UE unit. Processing is performed on the radio bearer at the UE unit according to a requirement of the access network node. The radio bearer may transmit the data stream between the core network and the UE unit. The solution herein can solve the problem of mapping multiple data streams having the same service quality to a radio bearer, reduce complexity of a signaling process, ensure quality of service transmission, and support processing of a special packet.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure are a processing method and device for a cache synchronous exception, for solving the problem that no solution for a compression check failure is available in the prior art. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, when caches are out of synchronization, a caching failure notification message is sent to a transmitting device; a reset processing is carried out on a compressed cache area, and a reset instruction is sent; and then subsequent data packet transmission is carried out by using reset cache areas. In the present disclosure, after it is determined that the caches are out of synchronization, the caching failure notification message is sent; the transmitting device performs a reset processing on the compressed cache area, and notifies a receiving device to carry out a reset processing on a decompressed cache area.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method, device, and system, which are used for resolving the problem of large overhead if an existing manner of sending a public message periodically is used in an ultra-dense network. The method comprises: user equipment sends an uplink request message, the uplink request message being used for requesting for obtaining public information of a first access node in an area in which the user equipment is located; and the user equipment receives the public information sent by the first access node. Because an access node in an area in which user equipment is located does not need to broadcast and send public information periodically, the access node can send, based on an uplink request of the user equipment, the public information, thereby improving the resource utilization and reducing the energy consumption.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a high temporal resolution Mueller matrix elliptical polarization measuring device and method. In the incident light path, four polarization modulation channels are used to split and modulate a pulse laser beam into four polarized beams in independent polarization states. Due to different light path differences, the pulse beams have a time interval of several nanoseconds, and thus four pulse laser beams are successively irradiated on the surface of the sample. In the reflected light path, six channel polarization detection modules are used to synchronously measure the Stokes vectors of the reflected beams on the sample surface. By using known incident and reflected Stokes vectors of the four pulse beams, linear equations can be solved to obtain the Mueller matrix of the sample.

    Abstract: A duplication transmission method and device, used for solving the problem in existing technology of a scheme for implementing packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) duplication having yet to be implemented in a central unit/distribute unit (CU/DU) separation scenario. According to the embodiments of the present invention, after determining the need for PDCP duplication transmission on a radio bearer, a CU sends a PDCP data packet transmitted on the radio bearer to a DU and instructs the DU to carry out the PDCP duplication transmission; and the DU sends the PDCP data packet to multiple radio link control (RLC) entities corresponding to the radio bearer so as to carry out the PDCP duplication transmission. Since the CU may instruct the DU to perform the PDCP duplication transmission, the PDCP data packet is subject to duplication transmission in the CU/DU separation scenario, thereby further improving the system performance.

    Abstract: A small cell resource configuration method and device for a wireless mobile network. The method comprises: receiving an access request initiated by a terminal and a measurement result of a small cell reported by the terminal, wherein the measurement result is obtained by measuring the small cell before the terminal initiates the access request; determining the small cell which serves the terminal according to the measurement result of the small cell; and configuring a transmission resource on the determined small cell for the terminal, or receiving an access request initiated by a terminal on a frequency point of a small cell, and configuring a transmission resource on the small cell for the terminal. Since small cell information is broadcast in a macro cell, a terminal can measure a small cell according to the received small cell information before initiating an access request, instead of performing measurement during an access process.

    Abstract: An information exchange method and device for addressing a coordination problem between different access points (APs) caused by low exchange efficiency between the APs. The information exchange method provided in an embodiment of the present invention comprises: determining, by a transmitting AP, an air interface broadcast resource for transmitting information to a receiving AP; and transmitting, by the transmitting AP and based on the determined air interface broadcast resource, the information to the receiving AP in a broadcast form. Adopting the embodiment of the present invention not only allows an air interface transmission to be performed between the APs, but also allows communication between more than two APs. One AP can transmit information thereof, in the broadcast form, to all neighboring APs having a needing to exchange information therewith, thereby improving coordination efficiency between the APs.

The embodiment of the present invention enables a flexible and convenient determination of a backhaul path for a plug-and-play access point without needing to configure a single-hop backhaul path for the access point work of a network side.

After an RRC connection is established between a first base station and a UE, a radio bearer for the UE is established in accordance with a service request from the UE. When determining that the UE meets a requirement on communication with second base stations whose types are different from the first base station, a dedicated configuration resource is allocated for the UE for enabling the UE to initiate a dedicated uplink detection signal. Dedicated second base stations are instructed to measure the dedicated uplink detection signal initiated by the UE, and one of the dedicated second base stations is allocated for the UE in accordance with measurement results. The UE is instructed to perform data transmission through the second base station allocated for the UE.
