  • Publication number: 20250043248
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method and use of a hydrogel material for growth of blood vessel organoids (BVOs). The preparation method of the hydrogel material includes: (1) synthesis of gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA), and (2) synthesis of ns-GelMA-PEO. The hydrogel material may be used for in vitro cultivation of BVOs. The hydrogel material ns-GelMA-PEO prepared by the present disclosure may significantly improve the survival and budding abilities of BVOs. The ns-GelMA-PEO provides a novel solution for in vitro cultivation of BVOs, and may well support the growth and differentiation of organoids.

  • Patent number: 12014463
Abstract: A data acquisition and reconstruction method and a data acquisition and reconstruction system for human body three-dimensional modeling based on a single mobile phone. In the aspect of data acquisition, the present application only uses a single smart phone, and uses augmented reality technology to guide users to collect high-quality video data input for a reconstruction algorithm, so as to ensure that the subsequent human body reconstruction algorithm can stably obtain a high-quality three-dimensional human body model. In the aspect of a reconstruction algorithm, the present application designs a deformable implicit neural radiance field. The use of an implicit spatial deformation field estimation model solves the problem that the subject has small motion in the process of collecting data with a single mobile phone; the implicit signed distance field is used to represent human geometry, which has rich expressive ability and improves the accuracy of three-dimensional human model reconstruction.

  • Publication number: 20240020870
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for target state estimation comprising: acquiring a data frame sequence corresponding to a plurality of moments; determining a first time window based on the data frame sequence, the first time window comprising a first set of state variables to be optimized; determining a plurality of second time windows within the first time window, wherein the number of data frames in each second time window is less than the number of data frames in the first time window, there is a repeated data frame in two adjacent second time windows, and there is a second set of state variables to be optimized; and optimizing the second set of state variables in the plurality of second time windows to obtain an optimized first set of state variables. The method of the present disclosure may obtain sufficiently accurate state estimation.

  • Publication number: 20230290099
Abstract: A method for reconstructing three-dimensional includes the following operations. At least two frames of first key images for current reconstruction are acquired. A first space surrounding visual cones of the at least two frames of the first key images is determined. The first key images are obtained by photographing a to-be-reconstructed target. A first feature map of the first space is determined based on image information in the several frames of the first key images. The first feature map includes first feature information of voxels in the first space. A first reconstruction result of the current reconstruction is obtained based on the first feature map. A second reconstruction result obtained by previous reconstruction is updated based on the first reconstruction result of the current reconstruction.
