    Abstract: The present invention discloses a PBAT resin composition comprising following components: (a) poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate); (b) iron element; wherein, based on a total weight of the PBAT resin composition, a weight content of the iron element is 1 ppm-500 ppm. By adding iron-containing compounds into the composition and controlling the content of the iron element in a range of 1 ppm-500 ppm in the composition, a speed of reaction of aromatic structure in the PBAT resin under a hot and humid condition can be postponed, so that after the prepared PBAT resin composition is aged in boiling water for 24 hours and 48 hours, a variation of b-value is less than 2. The PBAT resin composition has obviously improved color stability in resistance to boiling water aging.

During when the driver switch is reset, the reset charging circuit sequentially outputs a fast charging signal and a reset initialization signal to the reset energy storage element; the fast charging signal is for fast charging the reset energy storage element. The reset initialization signal is for adjusting the voltage output from the reset energy storage element to the driver switch's to-be-reset terminal to a preset voltage. Through the above design, the reset energy storage element may be fast charged with reduced charging time during the Reset stage, enhancing the Reset efficiency.

    Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device includes receiving a substrate with a gate structure and forming a spacer layer over the substrate and the gate structure. The method further includes implanting carbon into the spacer layer at an angle tilted away from a first direction perpendicular to a top surface of the substrate, which increases etch resistance of the spacer layer on sidewalls of the gate structure. The method optionally includes implanting germanium into the spacer layer at the first direction, which decreases etch resistance of the spacer layer overlaying the gate structure and the substrate. The method further includes etching the spacer layer to expose the gate structure, resulting in a first portion of the spacer layer on the sidewalls of the gate structure. Due to increased etch resistance, the first portion of the spacer layer maintains its profile and thickness in subsequent fabrication processes.
