    Abstract: A liquid crystal lens, a control method thereof, a liquid crystal lens module and a display device are provided. The liquid crystal lens includes a first transparent substrate and two liquid crystal cells arranged at two opposite sides of the first transparent substrate. Each liquid crystal cell includes a first transparent electrode layer and a second transparent electrode layer; and a liquid crystal layer therebetween. The second transparent electrode layer includes a first electrode sub-layer and a second electrode sub-layer. The first electrode sub-layer includes N concentric first annular electrodes, and the second electrode sub-layer includes N concentric second annular electrodes. The first annular electrodes and the second annular electrodes are alternately arranged in a direction parallel with the first transparent electrode layer. Initial alignment orientations of liquid crystal molecules in liquid crystal layers in the two liquid crystal cells are perpendicular to each other.

The at least one processing device is configured to receive a write command at a control module of a storage system, wherein the write command comprises a write operation configured to cause one or more data pages in a page buffer associated with the control module to be overwritten with incoming data. The at least one processing device is also configured to invalidate the one or more overwritten data pages in the page buffer after committing the write operation. The at least one processing device is further configured to release the one or more invalidated data pages in the page buffer to a page buffer pool associated with the control module, wherein the page buffer pool manages available data pages in the page buffer.

The first lens is configured to converge a light beam having a preset color in the plurality of light beams to the first pinhole and allow the light beam having the preset color to exit.

The light source emits initial lights to the first grating group which diffracts initial into first diffracted lights, and transmits first diffracted lights in light guide plate to second grating group; the second grating group diffracts the first diffracted lights into second diffracted lights, enables the second diffracted lights to be emergent from backlight module. When an included angle between initial lights and side surface of light guide plate is greater than 0°, an angle between second diffracted lights and side surface is smaller than an angle between initial lights and side surface, thereby improving collimation degree of lights emergent from backlight module.

    Abstract: Dirty pages of cached user data are persistently stored to page buffers that are allocated from a page buffer pool in a persistent data storage resource of a data storage system, and are indicated by page descriptors that are stored at a head of a temporally ordered page descriptor ring as the dirty pages are stored to the page buffers. The disclosed technology performs a flush operation by selecting a work-set of non-sequential page descriptors within the page descriptor ring, flushing dirty pages from page buffers indicated by the page descriptors in the work-set to non-volatile data storage drives of the data storage system, and storing, for each one of the page buffers indicated by the page descriptors in the work-set, an indication that the page buffer is available for re-use.

    Abstract: Techniques for managing a storage disk involve monitoring a duration of a fault of a faulted storage disk, wherein the faulted storage disk includes a first disk slice configured to store metadata and a second disk slice configured to store user data. The techniques further involve, in response to the duration reaching a first threshold value, replacing the first disk slice with a first available disk slice in a first non-faulted storage disk. The techniques further involve, in response to the duration reaching a second threshold value greater than the first threshold value, replacing the second disk slice with a second available disk slice in a second non-faulted storage disk. Accordingly, fault monitoring windows with different lengths are applied to disk slices for different logical tiers in the faulted storage disk. In this way, the reliability of data of a metadata tier can be effectively improved.
