    Abstract: A method for determining hemodynamic parameters may be provided. The method may include obtaining image data of a subject. The method may include generating a first vascular model and a second vascular model based on the image data and coupling the first vascular model with the second vascular model using an intermediate model to form a coupled vascular model. The method may also include setting at least one of a first boundary condition of the first vascular model or a second boundary condition of the second vascular model and determining a flow field distribution of the coupled vascular model based on the at least one of the first boundary condition or the second boundary condition. The method may further include determining hemodynamic parameters based on the flow field distribution.

A programmable gain amplifier can adjust the signal amplitude of DC or AC signals to allow use of a shared analog-to-digital converter.

    Abstract: An Aureobasidium pullulans recombinant strain with high-yield heavy oil and a construction method and application thereof are provided. The Aureobasidium pullulans recombinant strain is obtained by knocking out a pullulan synthetase PUL gene while overexpressing an ACL gene. The obtained Aureobasidium pullulans recombinant strain can significantly increase the yield of heavy oil. After 7-day fermentation with xylose as carbon source, the yield of the heavy oil of the recombinant strain reaches 19.4372 g/L, while the yield of the heavy oil of the original strain is 10.0325 g/L, i.e. the recombinant strain improves the yield by 93.74% compared with the original strain.

The transmitter and receiver each include a wireless transceiver for exchanging clock synchronization data and sending transmitter attitude data to the receiver.     Abstract: A device operates in pairing mode, indoor navigation mode or search mode. For each mode, a magnetic sensor in the device senses one or more alternating current (AC) magnetic fields emitted by one or more transmitters in a three-dimensional (3D) space, and uses the one or more AC magnetic fields to determine a position of the device relative to the one or more transmitters or another device. In pairing mode, relative position vectors computed from two or more AC magnetic fields allows the device to choose the closest transmitter for pairing. In indoor navigation mode, multiple detections of AC magnetic fields emitted by multiple transmitters assist a user in navigating an indoor space. In search mode, a companion device and a lost device each sense an AC magnetic field from a transmitter, and the AC magnetic fields are used to determine a relative position vector from the companion device to the lost device.

A drive current of a magnetic transmitter coil can be varied to maintain the detected magnetic field strength at a target value or within a desirable range. The drive current can also be varied to remain below a burnout current level that can cause damage to the transmitter coil.
