    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for vacuum electron beam welding of twinning-induced plasticity (TWIP) steel and use thereof. The welding method according to the present disclosure includes preheating welding, tack welding, and deep penetration welding. The method according to the present disclosure can achieve welding stability, a uniform butt joint width, small splash and full arc ending, and ensure that the internal quality of a welded joint meets requirements for an ISO13919-1 grade B butt joint, and the plasticity and tensile strength of the welded joint are equivalent to those of a base metal, thereby ensuring that the welded joint has a high energy-absorbing buffering function equivalent to that of a base metal. A vehicle anti-collision beam manufactured after welding and a vehicle energy-absorbing buffer component assembled by using the anti-collision beam have the advantages of light structure, high safety protection, etc.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a special tooling and method for electron beam welding of a cavity body and a beam tube of a superconducting niobium cavity. The special tooling includes a first clamping device for fixing a flange and a second clamping device for fixing a semi-cavity body, wherein the first clamping device and the second clamping device are fixedly connected. A pressing ring of the first clamping device is disposed around a beam tube of a superconducting niobium cavity and cooperates with a base plate to clamp and fix the flange. The second clamping device includes clamping arms evenly distributed along a circumference of the semi-cavity body, and each clamping arm includes a second pressing plate axially disposed along the beam tube and a pressing block that is disposed on an end portion of the second pressing plate and fixes an edge of the semi-cavity body.

    Abstract: An elastic cushion is provided in the disclosure, which includes a first elastic body, a second elastic body and a sleeve body. The second elastic body is embedded or fused in the first elastic body, and the sleeve body wraps outside the first elastic body. The second elastic body includes a wear resistant sleeve with a plurality of accommodating cavities and a plurality of elastic monomers arranged in the accommodating cavities in one-to-one correspondence. The plurality of accommodating cavities of the wear resistant sleeve are arranged independently of each other. Softness of the first elastomer is greater than that of the second elastomer, and elasticity of the second elastomer is greater than that of the first elastomer. The elastic cushion according to the disclosure can be uniformly stressed, with excellent comfort and a good rebound force.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides use of a histone deubiquitinase in preparing a drug for preventing aging and treating aging-related diseases and relates to the technical field of biological medicines. The histone H2A deubiquitinase MYSM1 has a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. It is verified that MYSM1 protein deficiency causes significant aging of mice and induces the aging-related diseases; and the MYSM1 can promote DNA injury repair, prevent cellular senescence and suppress chronic inflammation. Proved by a result of using an adeno-associated virus expressing mouse-derived MYSM1 as a gene therapy, the MYSM1 may remarkably prolong the lifespan of the mice, reduce the process and the number of senescent cells, improve normal functions of tissues and organs, reduce occurrence and development of the aging-related diseases, which proves that the MYSM1 has a good application prospect in delaying aging and treating the aging-related diseases.

    Abstract: A classified characterization method for connectivity of organic matter (OM)-hosted pores in shale includes: scanning a shale sample according to a preset imaging area through a scanning electron microscope to acquire a 2D image of the shale sample; extracting pore parameters of each OM in the 2D image by Avizo software; acquiring a class number of OM sets according to the pore parameters; performing 3D reconstruction on each class of OM sets through a focused ion beam-helium ion microscope to acquire reconstructed 3D models of the OM; acquiring a pore connectivity parameter by the Avizo software; and acquiring an evaluation index for overall connectivity of the OM-hosted pores in the shale based on the pore connectivity parameter. The classified characterization method is based on the morphologically quantitative classification of the OM-hosted pores, and can realize the 3D characterization of connectivity of pores below 10 nm.
