  • Patent number: 5555656
Abstract: The structure of crystal ball which can provide dynamic phenomenon in the base is disclosed. It includes a gear fixed on the driving axle of the music bell, the rotating pedestal on which the music bell is installed, and a controller engaged with the tenon of the chassis and located between the gear and the circumference of the rotating pedestal. When the driving axle of the music bell is rotated in a counterclockwise direction, the synchronous rotation of the rotating pedestal is limited by the controller. When the power of the spring of the music bell is released, the driving axle is limited by the controller to rotate in clockwise direction, then the rotating pedestal is driven to rotate in a counterclockwise direction by the music bell.

  • Patent number: 5532423
Abstract: The present invention is related to a dynamic driving structure for the ornamental box comprising an eccentric shaft, a link rack driven by the eccentric shaft, a bracing pedestal used for supporting the link rack and other components, wherein the link rack is a tabulate plastic, and two grooves separated with a space are formed on the middle thereof so as to make the link rack flexible. The ends of the link rack are connected with the bracing pedestal to form a rectangle, and the other two grooves are formed on the junctions between them. Moreover, the end of the eccentric shaft on the music bell is rotated between the two side walls of the link rack, so the link rack is driven to perform a swinging phenomenon.

  • Patent number: 5509602
Abstract: A savings bank with a music bell is disclosed and comprises a control stick, a control lamella and other components. The locating end of the control stick and the control lamella is rotated by a coin deposited in the guide rail, and is located so as to lock the fly wheel again after the drive gear installed on the music bell has rotated by one revolution.

  • Patent number: 5510569
Abstract: The present invention relates to a structure of crystalline ball with rotary type drive. The drive is coupled to and rotates an eccentric shaft. The shaft is coupled to, a sliding block mounted in a groove frame for vertical movement therein. The eccentric shaft and sliding block are connected to the output shaft and an engagement element such that the sliding block can be driven by the eccentric shaft. A swing sick extended to the outside of the wood base rotates and moves up and down to produce a plurality of variations of dynamic phenomena.

  • Patent number: 5510570
Abstract: The present invention is directed to an external structure of a crystal ball that has an eccentric shaft and a swinging stick, which is driven by the eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft is driven by the revolving shaft of the rotary table on the music box. The swinging stick has a longitudinal concave pedestal that is installed on the end of the eccentric shaft, and is driven to swing around the positioning axis by the rotation of the eccentric shaft so that the phenomena of swinging and other motions can be performed by the swinging stick.

  • Patent number: 5483763
Abstract: A water filled crystal ball with undulating pivot arms is disclosed. The important parts comprise a central rotating shaft, a bushing, undulating pivot arms, and a rotating disk. It is the rotating motion of the central rotating shaft that is the driving force. It is the outer bushing which is the levering force that causes an up and down undulation of the pivot arms inside the glass sphere of the crystal ball. Decorative objects above the fixed disk are moved by a track which is fixed to the top of a rotating disk and move in a level radial back and forth fashion. This produces a scene in which there are multiple directions of motion of decorative objects within a glass sphere.

  • Patent number: 5458012
Abstract: The present invention provides a crystal ball which move upwardly and downwardly, wherein the convex surface of the planetary gears which is used to drive the revolving disk is a bevel to form a bulgy state, and a mantle surrounding said bulgy convex surface is on the upper side of the revolving disk; and the dynamic phenomena including revolution, rotation and moving upwardly and downwardly performed by the doll inserted into said mantle are driven by the rotation of the revolving disk and the planetary gears.

  • Patent number: 5396723
Abstract: A crystal ball has a rotatable and vertically movable liquid dispensing spout inside a glass ball. The crystal ball also has a fixture frame for converting the rotational motion of a flexible shaft driven by a music box or bell into a rotational and a reciprocal axial movement for a main shaft. The fixture frame is comprised of a lower lid having a sinusoidal guide rail on the inner walls that is engaged by axial projections or columns depending from the sides of an upper lid. Also a pump housing is associated with the upper lid of the fixture frame, and a piston disk sleeved at a proper position on the main shaft, produces a compression as a result of its relative motion in the space defined by the housing. The piston pumps a colorful fluid loaded in the housing of the pump up to the spout for a sprayed ejection which produces the effect of a kaleidoscopical, dynamic variation of a fantastic crystal ball.
