  • Publication number: 20250136527
Abstract: A system and method for utilizing renewable electricity by methanol synthesis via plasma-catalysis CO2 hydrogenation. Hydrogen produced via water electrolysis and CO2 captured from industrial processes undergo a reverse water-gas shift reaction, driven efficiently by an atmospheric-pressure plasma jet, yielding a CO/CO2/H2 mixed product. This mixture is subsequently pressurized in multi-stage pressurization after passing a buffer storage tank to further efficiently synthesize green methanol in the plasma jet reactor. The present disclosure employs a two-stage methanol synthesis process that powered by renewable electricity: plasma-based CO2 pre-conversion followed by CO/CO2 catalytic hydrogenation. This approach addresses the issues of catalyst deactivation and high reaction temperatures associated with traditional thermocatalytic reverse water-gas shift reactions, while overcoming the thermodynamic limitations of direct CO2 hydrogenation.

  • Publication number: 20240261835
Abstract: A method for efficient disposal of dioxin and heavy metals based on calcium-based heat storage of MSWI fly ash is provided. According to the method, MSWI fly ash washed with water is treated with ammonia, and carbon dioxide is continuously introduced under stirring. The ammonia provides OH? for a carbonation reaction of the MSWI fly ash and promotes removal of sulfate ions. After centrifugation of a reaction solution, calcium carbonate obtained as a solid part is transported to a calcinator of a solar chemical heat reservoir and calcined into calcium oxide by means of solar energy obtained by a solar concentrator. CO2 produced in a calcination process is collected, cooled and liquefied, followed by a carbonation reaction with the calcium oxide in a carbonation radiator. After the operations above are repeated in cycles for several times, carbonated MSWI fly ash is obtained for use as an aggregate or a filler.

  • Publication number: 20230398587
Abstract: Provided is a system and a method for low-temperature treatment of heavy metals and dioxins in fly ash. In the present disclosure, the fly ash is subjected to tertiary water washing and then separation by pressure filtration with a plate and frame filter press to obtain fly ash after the tertiary water washing. A low-temperature heat treatment is conducted on the fly ash after the tertiary water washing in a stirring reactor by adding an additive combination. Chlorine salts in the fly ash can be effectively removed by the tertiary water washing, which avoids the chlorination of a precursor in the fly ash to form dioxins during the low-temperature pyrolysis, thereby improving a heat reduction efficiency of the dioxins in the fly ash. Moreover, the reduction of a chlorine content in the fly ash can also avoid deactivation of the additives and improve a solidification effect of the heavy metals.

  • Patent number: 11796170
Abstract: Disclosed is a heat exchange tube of waste heat boiler, which includes a tube body. The outer surface of the tube body is sprayed with a layer of anti-corrosion coating. The components of the anti-corrosion coating are Al2O3, CaAl2O4 and Ca3(PO4)2. On the surface of nano anti-corrosion coating, HF reacts with Al2O3, CaAl2O4 and Ca3(PO4)2 to form AlF3 and Ca5(PO4)3F, which are tightly wrapped on the surface of the coating, thereby effectively preventing HF from corroding the interior of the coating and the heat exchange tube. Meanwhile, due to the anti-corrosion coating with the specific composition of the present disclosure, the heat exchange tube of the present disclosure can be resistant to fluorine corrosion at a high temperature of 600° C. or more, and can be used at a rather high temperature of 1000° C. or more.

  • Patent number: 10901648
Abstract: A cloud storage system includes a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable medium to store blob table management instructions for execution by the processor. The blob table management instructions are configured to manage a plurality of storage requests for a blob stored in a storage stamp as snapshots in a blob table and selectively create a user snapshot of at least one of the snapshots in the blob table. When automatic snapshots are enabled, the blob table management instructions are configured to receive a first request to overwrite the blob. If the first request does not further specify a key of the one of the snapshots in the blob table, the blob table management instructions are configured to add a new snapshot to the blob table and maintain storage of a prior snapshot of the blob for a maximum period.
