    Abstract: A heat exchange device and a cooling system are provided. The heat exchange device includes a low-pressure chamber and a high-pressure chamber disposed in the low-pressure chamber. The low-pressure chamber has a first wall for enabling heat exchange and an output portion in communication with the outside to output the low-pressure fluid. The high-pressure chamber has an input portion in communication with the outside to admit the high-pressure fluid and nozzles in communication with the low-pressure chamber. The fluid discharged from the nozzles undergoes a pressure drop and undergoes heat exchange through the first wall. Cooling capability is developed in the heat exchange device and works in the heat exchange device to thereby dispense with a pipeline which must be otherwise provided to link an expansion process and an evaporation process of the fluid and may otherwise cause cooling capability loss, so as to greatly enhance heat exchange capability and cooling efficiency.

A cooling liquid flows into the channel from the inlet, is vaporized to a gas while passing through the vaporization region, and the vaporized gas dissipates outside the channel through the outlet.

    Abstract: A flexible hinge alignment mechanism of a high-power optical system is made of a flexible hinge, and may lead to a relatively weak region of the hinge to achieve elastic displacement or rotation under stress loading. Through movable actuators such as screws and springs, the area is precisely moved, and the function of accurate alignment is achieved. When the flexible hinge causes the structure to move relatively due to the applied forces, it must be ensured that the corresponding distribution of maximum stress needs to be below the yielding point of the material, thus ensuring the mechanism acts in a material's elastic region. The design is beneficial to optimize the design of the optical alignment mechanism.

The first heat exchanger is located at a junction of the first and second zones to reduce a temperature of the cooling fluid. The cooling fluid is adapted to flow to the first zone from the second zone after passing through the first heat exchanger, so as to dissipate heat for the electronic device, and then flows to the second zone through the fluid delivery device, such that a cycle is formed.

The processing may comprise applying a shift to a combination of bits that include a current bit set and additional bits corresponding to previously processed bit sets and/or pre-set bits. Bits generated based on processing in current and/or previous cycles may be stored into memory, and bits may be read from the memory, based on a third interleaving parameter, for generating an output interleaved bitstream.
