    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices supporting configurable resistivities for lines in a memory device, such as access lines in a memory array are described. For example, metal lines at different levels of a memory device may be oxidized to different extents in order for the lines at different levels of the memory device to have different resistivities. This may allow the resistivity of lines to be tuned on a level-by-level basis without altering the fabrication techniques and related parameters used to initially form the lines at the different levels, which may have benefits related to at least reduced cost and complexity. Lines may be oxidized to a controlled extent using either a dry or wet process.

The present invention unexpectedly found by research that by using an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester in which an amount of aromatic carboxylic acid accounts for a total amount of diacid is 44 mol % to 48 mol % as a matrix resin, where the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester has a crystallization peak width D of 5° C. to 16° C.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a polylactic acid 3D printing material and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the technical field of polymer materials. The polylactic acid 3D printing material of the present invention comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: (a) 40-95 parts of crystalline or semi-crystalline polylactic acid, (b) 5-60 parts of noncrystalline polylactic acid, and (c) 0-1.0 parts of a processing aid. In the polylactic acid 3D printing material, a weight of dextral polylactic acid represents 0.5%-8% of a total weight of the polylactic acid. According to the present invention, a polylactic acid 3D printing material with a good aging resistance property can be obtained, by selecting and using two kinds of polylactic acids with different optical purities as raw materials, rationally distributing the proportional relationship between the two, and defining the content of dextral polylactic acid.

And after boiled for 240 hours in 95% ethanol at 40° C., the film produced from blowing or the articles produced from injection have less surface precipitates, with excellent surface appearance properties.

By adding iron-containing compounds into the composition and controlling the content of the iron element in a range of 1 ppm-500 ppm in the composition, a speed of reaction of aromatic structure in the PBAT resin under a hot and humid condition can be postponed, so that after the prepared PBAT resin composition is aged in boiling water for 24 hours and 48 hours, a variation of b-value is less than 2. The PBAT resin composition has obviously improved color stability in resistance to boiling water aging.
