Abstract: A dual-port optical transmitting and receiving assembly, comprising an optical transmitting group, an optical circulator, a light turning element, a first input/output terminal, a second input/output terminal, and an optical receiving group. The first input/output terminal and the second input/output terminal are disposed in a spaced arrangement. A first signal light emitted from the optical transmitting group passes through the optical circulator and enters the first input/output terminal. A second signal light emitted from the optical transmitting group passes through the optical circulator. Then, it enters the second input/output terminal after being reflected by the light turning element. A third signal light from the first input/output terminal passes through the optical circulator and enters the optical receiving group. A fourth signal light from the second input/output terminal is reflected by the light turning element and enters the optical receiving group after passing through the optical circulator.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to security control methods and systems. The security control system may include at least one storage device storing a set of instructions; and one or more processors in communication with the at least one storage device, wherein when executing the set of instructions, the one or more processors are configured to direct the system to: obtain first data from a first device; obtain second data from a second device; associate and process the first data and/or the second data; and send the processed first data and second data to a server and/or a user terminal. The present disclosure can achieve linkage control of a plurality of access controls to meet the needs of users on indoor security.

The mechanically-distributed propulsion system may include an engine to generate a mechanical drive power, a drive shaft, a direction-reversing transmission, and a propulsor fan. The drive shaft may be operatively coupled to the engine to receive the mechanical drive power. The direction-reversing transmission may have a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft operatively coupled to the drive shaft to receive the mechanical drive power, which is configured to redirect the mechanical drive power received at the first rotating shaft from a first direction to face a second direction at the second rotating shaft. The propulsor fan may be coupled to the second rotating shaft to convert the mechanical drive power into thrust.

Abstract: Detecting fine-grained similarity in image includes determining a core area of a search image by generating an image salient map from a plurality of layers of the search image and determining a connected area based on the image salient map. Feature descriptors are generated from the core area of the search image. A plurality of capsule vectors are generated from different ones of a plurality of keypoints of the feature descriptors. Capsule vectors of the search image are compared with capsule vectors of each image of the dataset to generate a top-K matrix. Similarity scores for the top-K matrix are calculated. One or more image of the dataset having fine-grained similarity with the search image are selected based a bundled similarity score for each image of the dataset. The bundled similarity score is a summation of the similarity scores of the image.

Abstract: A rearview mirror system for a vehicle providing a direct reflection of scenes in good light and an enhanced display of scenes in bad lighting includes a housing defining an opening, a display screen arranged at the opening, a camera, a fill light lamp, and a controller. The display screen is light-pervious at only one side. The camera and the fill light lamp are arranged on the housing. An image processing chip and the controller are arranged between the display screen and the housing. When ambient brightness is below a preset brightness value, the camera and the fill light lamp are activated, the camera captures images of side and rear scenes of the vehicle and generates an optical signal, the image processing chip, based on the optical signal, outputs an enhanced image on the display screen for better driving safety. A vehicle including the rearview mirror system is also disclosed.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an adhesive glue, curing method therefor, and application thereof. The adhesive glue comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50% to 80% of a polyurethane-modified acrylate, 0.1% to 10% of a thixotropic agent, 0.2% to 8% of a thermal initiator, and 2% to 30% of a diluent, wherein the thixotropic agent is a carbon nanotube. The adhesive glue is soft and resilient; it has a high viscosity, good thixotropy, low curing temperature, and high curing degree. Silicon precipitation can be prevented because silicon is not a component of the adhesive glue. The adhesive glue has strong adhesion and meets the production and performance requirements of the HDD binding process. In addition, the adhesive glue can effectively prevent hard disk damage and scratching.

Abstract: Method of delivering the object related message by using the format of the wide-frequency sound signal is proposed. Due to both the well-known Doppler effect and the well-known phenomena that the intensity is inversely proportional to the distance in the three-dimensional space, the transmitted wide-frequency sound signal itself indicates some properties of the objected attached by the wide-frequency sound signal transmitter, such as the motion and the distance. Besides, the delivered wide-frequency sound signal also carries the contents detected by one or more corresponding detectors. Such method has many possible applications, such as intelligent fitness equipment, health care, indusial application and so on.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a type-II superlattice photodetector with a low-thickness absorption region. The absorption region of the type-II superlattice photodetector includes an In(Bi)As layer and a Ga(N)Sb layer. The Bi element content in the In(Bi)As layer is less than 10%, and the Bi element content in the Ga(N)Sb layer is less than 5%. The present invention forms an InBiAs layer and a GaNSb layer by condensing the Bi element into the InAs layer and condensing the N element into the GaSb layer of a traditional InAs/GaSb type-II superlattice photodetector. Therefore, without changing the cut-off wavelength and performance of the detector, periodic and total thicknesses of the type-II superlattice photodetector material can be effectively reduced, and both costs of material use and molecular beam epitaxy can be reduced. In addition, the overall absorption coefficient of the material can be improved, and the volume of the entire device can be reduced.
