    Abstract: A superconducting quantum computing system includes a control system and a superconducting quantum chip. The superconducting quantum chip includes at least two connection regions and a first central exchange region. Each of the at least two connection regions includes a first suspended superconducting bit and at least one superconducting bit. The first central exchange region includes the first suspended superconducting bit, and is used to transfer a quantum operation between superconducting bits in different connection regions. A control circuit is configured to control a coupling strength between the first suspended superconducting bit and the superconducting bit. Therefore, a single connection region or a central exchange region can be isolated by controlling the coupling strength between the first suspended superconducting bit and the superconducting bit, thereby effectively obtaining a divided subspace.

A dataset is obtained that corresponds to a multivariate time series data for a multivariate time series forecasting task. A particular machine learning architecture is used for the forecasting using an artificial neural network and deep learning. The machine learning architecture includes an autoencoder configured and trained on itself moved forward in time to generate autoencoder layers to analyse seasonality and co-variance information of the multivariate input dataset in a future time frame and an autoregressor to generate autoregressor layers to analyse trend information of the multivariate input dataset in a future time frame; and a layer merger for merging the one or more autoregressor layers and one or more autoencoder layers to form a set of merged layers representative of a multivariate time series forecast using the machine learning model in the future time frame.

    Abstract: Computational systems and methods are provided to automatically assess residual characteristics of an existing machine learning model to identify and determine suboptimal pockets and augmentation strategies. A computing system, device and method for optimizing a machine learning model for performing predictions is provided. The computing device performs sub-optimal pocket identification on an existing machine learning algorithm by residual analysis to calculate an error. The computing device utilizes the residual as a target for an ensemble tree model and automatically generates a set of interpretable rules from the tree based ensemble model that contribute to the suboptimal pockets. The rules indicating relationships between features and interactions as well as values for the sub-optimal pockets. The computing device determines optimizations for improving the machine learning model based on the interpretable computer-implemented rules.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a cementing material by sintering and activating coal gangue is provided. The method includes the following steps: (1) crushing coarse-grained coal gangue to predetermined particle size; (2) fully and evenly mixing the crushed coal gangue, the composite additive and water according to a set proportion, and granulating the obtained mixture; (3) distributing, igniting and exhausting the granulated pellets in the sintering machine to obtain decarburized coal gangue sinter; (4) cooling the decarburized coal gangue sinter in a cooler; (5) crushing and finely grinding the cooled coal gangue sinter to obtain a coal gangue active mixture; and (6) mixing the coal gangue active admixture, the fly ash, the quicklime and the gypsum according to a predetermined ratio, and then carrying out injection moulding, mold removal and curing to obtain the coal gangue-based cementitious material.

The recipient is generally sensitized to the donor. Also provided is a method for treating AMR in a kidney transplant patient.
