    Abstract: An on-chip Fourier transform spectrometer based on a double-layer spiral waveguide comprises, in order, a waveguide input coupler, a 1×N optical splitter, N double-layer waveguide Y-branch structures, N double-layer spiral waveguides with incremental lengths, N double-layer waveguide Y-branch structures arranged in opposite directions, and N germanium-silicon detectors. The group index difference between the odd mode and the even mode in the double-layer waveguide makes the double-layer spiral waveguide function like an asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometer. N double-layer spiral waveguides with incremental lengths are used to achieve a spatial heterodyne based Fourier transform spectrometer. Spectral reconstruction from the measured interference fringes can be achieved by a regression algorithm.

    Abstract: An optical millimeter wave terahertz transfer system and transfer method are disclosed. The device comprises a local terminal, a transfer link, an access terminal, and a user terminal. By using the device in the transfer link, optical signals transferred forward and backward are extracted through optical couplers, and millimeter wave terahertz signals with a stable phase are obtained at any position in the transfer link through optical signal filtering, photovoltaic conversion, microwave filtering, frequency division and optical frequency shift processing. The device and method have the characteristics of high reliability, simple structure, and low implementation cost.

    Abstract: This present disclosure provides a method for preparing chondroitin sulfate from tilapia skull, including enzymatic hydrolyzing tilapia skull powder by Savinase 16L to obtain Savinase 16L enzymatic hydrolysate, re-enzymatic hydrolyzing the Savinase 16L enzymatic hydrolysate by 2709 alkaline protease, then separating and purificating the solution by ethanol and cetylpyridine chloride to obtain the chondroitin sulfate. The present disclosure adopts a compound enzymatic hydrolyzing method by Savinase 16L and 2709 alkaline protease to effectively achieve the efficient extraction of chondroitin sulfate of tilapia skull powder, and further achieve the purification of chondroitin sulfate by ethanol and cetylpyridine chloride, so that tilapia by-products can be utilized with high value.

A phase control complexity of the three-dimensional scanning phased array is reduced, and a tunable laser with high cost and a grating array antenna with large crosstalk are avoided. The LiDAR provides pure solid-state three-dimensional scanning in speed and integration level and is highly practical.
