Abstract: An assembly processing device for outdoor foldable chair components is provided. The assembly processing device includes an operating platform, a conveying mechanism, and a component placement boss. The operating platform is provided with a component placing platform and a predetermined number of concaving mechanisms, positioning mechanisms, and assembly mechanisms. The positioning mechanisms and the assembly mechanisms are disposed on the component placing platform. The conveying mechanism is disposed between the component placing platform and the operating platform. The conveying mechanism conveys a component to be processed to one or more of the concaving mechanisms for concaving, on the component placing platform. The component placement boss is disposed on the component placing platform. The assembly processing device improves the assembly and concaving of foldable chair components and improves production efficiency of a foldable chair assembly line.

One end of the cantilever is connected to the stand column through a shell in a rotating mode, and other end is connected to the umbrella tent. Rotation of the cantilever drives the umbrella tent to rotate, with opening of the umbrella tent rotating to a certain angle in a relatively horizontal direction. The cantilevered umbrella further comprises a positioning part. One end of the positioning part is connected to the cantilever in a fixed mode, and other end extends into the shell. A first positioning portion is arranged on an inner wall of the shell, a second positioning portion is arranged on the positioning part, and the first and second positioning portions limit the cantilever in the circumferential rotating range through coordination.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an assembly structure for a tent and a variously expandable outdoor tent. The assembly structure includes stand columns (1) and ring beams (2), where the stand column (1) and the ring beam (2) are each provided with an assembly slot (4), and the stand columns (1) and the ring beams (2) can be assembled by using first connection components to form a tent frame (7); further includes a canopy (3) configured to be cooperatively mounted with the tent frame (7), where the tent frame (7) includes at least one tent frame unit (71), and a single canopy (3) is cooperatively disposed in a single tent frame unit (71); and further includes at least one expansion unit (8), where the expansion unit (8) is cooperatively mounted with an assembly slot (4) by using a third connection component (9). In the present invention, the assembly slot (4) structures are optimally designed, and are combined on the stand columns (1) and the ring beams (2).

Abstract: A protective cover made of rollable or foldable materials and an article of outdoor furniture therewith are provided. The protective cover includes multiple cover face units, adjacent edges of which are attached in a butt joint connection to form a cover cavity with an open face. The cover cavity covers an article, for example, a furniture body or a mattress of the article of outdoor furniture. A containing part is provided in the furniture body or the mattress for accommodating the protective cover in a folded condition. Adjacent edges of adjacent cover face units of the protective cover are spliced using easy-to-operate and convenient-to-use splicers. The optimized structure with a configurable number of cover face units allows different configurations of the protective cover, which form a better protective cover cavity, provide a better protective effect, and cover more faces of an article to be covered.

Abstract: A multifunctional electric louvered awning including a ring beam frame, leg pipes for supporting the ring beam frame, and a louvered canopy, is provided. The ring beam frame includes first ring beams and second ring beams for connecting the first ring beams on both sides. Each first ring beam includes upper and lower ring beams. The upper ring beam is fixed to a clamping part of the lower ring beam. The louvered canopy is installed to the first ring beams and includes multiple louver boards arranged in sequence and a drive assembly for opening and closing the louver boards. The drive assembly includes a telescopic motor and a linkage rod. The telescopic motor is suspended from a bottom surface of the clamping part through a mounting base. The linkage rod is connected to a telescopic end of the telescopic motor to link with the louver boards.

Abstract: A louver canopy adopting a fastener-free, quick-mounting structure is provided. The louver canopy includes multiple louver boards, a ring beam frame, and rotating shafts. The ring beam frame is positioned around a periphery of the louver boards. The ring beam frame includes first ring beams and second ring beams. The first ring beams are matched with the louver boards for mounting the louver boards. The second ring beams connect the first ring beams on two sides. Each first ring beam includes open slots along its length. The rotating shafts are fixedly arranged at two ends of each louver board. Each rotating shaft is installed in a corresponding open slot of a corresponding first ring beam through a clamp sleeve assembly, such that each louver board is rotatably matched with corresponding open slots of the first ring beams and is disengageable from open ends of the corresponding open slots.

Abstract: A leg tube sliding locking mechanism for opening and closing a folding tent includes a sliding support sleeved on a leg tube, a jump bead, and a V-shaped spring. One end of the V-shaped spring is connected to the jump bead, and the other end of the V-shaped spring is fixed to an inner wall of the leg tube. A bushing is installed on an inner wall of the sliding support in a fitted manner. An upper end of the busing extends downward to form a pressing sheet, and the pressing sheet has a lower end extending outwards to a lower end of the sliding support. The pressing sheet covers the jump bead.

Abstract: A sunshade tent includes a frame assembly and sheet assemblies. The frame assembly includes legs, first and second rafters. Each of the legs include a first connection mechanism, horizontal connecting members configured to be fixedly attached to a first end of each of the legs, and a mounting base positioned proximal a second end of each of the legs. The first rafters are detachably attached to a corresponding one of the legs via the first connection mechanism at an inclination relative to the horizontal connecting members. At least one of the second rafters is fixedly attached to a corresponding one of the horizontal connecting members via second interlocking elements. Each of the sheet assemblies include grooves for detachably attaching to a corresponding one of the second rafters via first interlocking elements.

The first connection part and the second connection part are respectively disposed at two adjacent side surfaces of the body of the connector. The first connection part and a horizontal rod are engaged, the second connection part and a vertical rod are engaged, to form a detachable connection between the horizontal rod and the vertical rod with the connector. Without dealing with an over edging operation of a boundary and a corner of the frame, the rattan pieces are directly connected to the horizontal rod or the vertical rod, to perform the weaving of the chair back, which greatly reduces the difficulty of weaving. The first side surface is a step shaped surface, which reduces the difficulty of the engaged connection between the first connection part and the horizontal rod. The connector is a one-piece structure.

An axial rotation mechanism is arranged on a lower part of the jiggle shell assembly mounting the upper and lower umbrella columns. When the axial rotation mechanism is in an unlocked state, upper umbrella column rotates freely along an axial direction. The axial rotation mechanism comprises a socket-and-spigot mechanism and a locking mechanism arranged outside the upper and lower umbrella columns. An upper end part of locking mechanism is positioned in travel cavity and its height is a travel range of realizing clutching of the locking mechanism; and the socket-and-spigot mechanism is positioned in upper and lower umbrella columns.

Abstract: A button-type central locking device is adapted for a folding tent and includes a top tray seat, a lower tray seat and a locking tube. The lower tray seat includes a lower tray seat body and a lower tray seat cover. A central hole for insertion of the locking tube is provided at corresponding central positions of the top tray seat, the lower tray seat body and the lower tray seat cover. A lock-up mechanism used in mutual cooperation is provided between a lower end of the locking tube and the lower tray seat body. When the button is pressed, the tent can be retracted and closed, and when the button is released, the tent can be unfolded and fixed.

Abstract: A rib assembly for an outdoor umbrella is capable of being telescopically packed. The rib assembly includes a longer rib and a shorter rib. When the rib assembly needs to be disassembled for packing, the longer rib or/and the shorter rib is able to be superimposed and retracted along a length direction. A locking mechanism is disposed on the longer rib or/and the shorter rib. When the rib assembly needs to be extended completely, the longer rib or/and the shorter rib are locked by the locking mechanism.

Abstract: An electric blinds roof structure provided in this invention includes a top frame, and at least a group of blinds is installed at the top frame. Each group of blinds includes a plurality of slats, a linkage strip, and an electric control mechanism, each slat is rotatably installed at the top frame, and each slat is directly hinged to the linkage strip or hinged to the linkage strip through a fixing member fixed at the slat. The electric control mechanism is used to drive at least one linkage strip to move thus to control opening and closing of the slats. This invention can drive the linkage strip to move through the electric control mechanism, thereby controlling the opening and closing of slats corresponding to blinds, and operation is convenient and reliable compared to the operation mode of rolling a rolling rod in the prior art.
