  • Publication number: 20100237127
Abstract: An oscillation reducing suspension device for a fan motor of a combustion-powered tool includes a rigid axial-play setting unit mounted on an upper major surface of a cylinder head, and having upper and lower limit defining members that are spaced apart from each other by an axial play route, a suspending mount configured to keep the fan motor oriented in a rotary axis, and having a lug which extends radially into the axial play route to divide the axial play route into proximate and distal regions, and an elastomeric damper unit having upper and lower damping members respectively disposed in the distal and proximate regions. By virtue of the rigid mount supporting the fan motor, and the resilient damper unit coupling the mount and the cylinder head, the fan motor is firmly secured to the cylinder head, and axial oscillation of the fan motor is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20100206933
Abstract: A combustion powered nail gun includes a combustion sleeve moveable between a sealed position and an open position; a trigger switch having a first hook portion; a safety lever pivotally mounted in a housing and provided with a second hook biasable to be engaged with the first hook portion; and a restriction member connected to and moveable along with the combustion sleeve in a way that when the combustion sleeve is in the open position, the restriction member is stopped at the safety lever in which the second hook portion is engaged with the first hook portion so as to lock the trigger switch, and when the combustion sleeve is in the sealed position, the restriction member is spaced away from the safety lever to enable the second hook portion to be biasable away from the first hook portion so as to unlock the trigger switch.

  • Patent number: 7565989
Abstract: The present invention relates to a hook device which can be firmly positioned on a nailer, wherein a fastener is used to insert in the rear plug by cooperating with a ring-like hook, so as to make the rear plug slightly bulge out to press against the ring-like hook, thus, the ring-like hook is firmly fixed to the rear plug. The hook device can be arbitrarily and rotatably positioned on the nailer, wherein a plurality of positioning grooves are formed on the step circular wall of the rear plug, and a ring-like hook is mounted on the rear plug. The ring-like hook is provided with a positioning unit which is to be engaged in the positioning grooves of the rear plug, so as to enable the ring-like hook to be rotatably positioned on rear plug. Thereby, the user can position the nailer arbitrarily according to real needs.

  • Patent number: 7438207
Abstract: The present invention provides a dust-removing structure for the nailer. The dust-removing structure, located at a preset position of the nailer, includes a release valve lever with a control unit for drive. The control unit is a lever-type control unit, having a pivot point, a drive portion and a laterally extended control portion. The drive portion is coupled with the release valve lever, and the control portion swings around the pivot point. An actuating arm is implemented through the control portion and the swinging behavior, making it possible to more easily operate using a single-hand. When the dust-removing structure is assembled at different heights with different shapes of nailers, the operator is only required to replace the lever-type control unit with different lengths to obtain the optimum pressing location.
