Abstract: This application relates to the field of lighting, and discloses an LED filament. The LED filament includes an LED chip unit, a light conversion layer, and an electrode. The light conversion layer covers the LED chip unit and part of the electrode, and a color of a light emitted by the LED filament after lighting is different from a color of the light conversion layer. This application has the characteristics of uniform light emission and good heat dissipation effect.

Abstract: A shift register unit, a driving method, a drive circuit, and a display apparatus are disclosed. The shift register unit includes: a control circuit, which is configured to adjust signals of a first node and a second node according to an input signal end, a first control signal end, a second control signal end and a first reference signal end; a cascade circuit, which is configured to provide, according to the signal of the first node, a signal of a first cascade clock signal end to a cascade output end; and an output circuit, which is configured to provide, according to the signal of the first node, a signal of a control clock signal end to a drive output end, and provide, according to the signal of the second node, a signal of a second reference signal end to the drive output end.

Abstract: A silicon carbide crystal includes a seed layer, a bulk layer and a stress buffering structure formed between the seed layer and the bulk layer. The seed layer, the bulk layer and the stress buffering structure are each formed with a dopant that cycles between high and low dopant concentration. The stress buffering structure includes a plurality of stacked buffer layers and a transition layer over the buffer layers. The buffer layer closest to the seed layer has the same variation trend of the dopant concentration as the buffer layer closest to the transition layer, and the dopant concentration of the transition layer is equal to the dopant concentration of the seed layer.

Abstract: A disposable gas lighter with advertising flashlight. The lighter has a flashlight unit having a power source, a lamp electrically connected to the power source, a push-button switch to turn on the lamp when pressed down, a sleeve installed in a recess of the body which contains the lamp in one end thereof, a film bearing advertising information and placed in around a middle portion of the sleeve, and a convex lens contained in a free end of the sleeve. The convex lens is located in an opening defined on the surface of the body. When the push-button switch is pressed down, the flashlight unit is able to give off a light beam. When the beam meets a plane in front of the gas lighter, a project of the film comes into being. Viewers then are able to watch the advertising information of the film with the project.

Abstract: A child resistant utility lighter having a handle, a barrel mounted in the handle and extending outward, a fuel tank within the handle and for containing liquefied gaseous fuel, a gas valve mounted on the fuel tank, a trigger being able to startup the piezoelectric unit to generate sparks for ignition, and, a lever rotatably mounted on the handle by a lever pin. The utility lighter further has a safe button slidably mounted on the handle and pushed by a first elastic element to an undepressed position; and, a piezoelectric unit contained in the handle and having a starting button, the piezoelectric unit constantly stops at a departure position in which the trigger, when pulled over, is not able to meet the piezoelectric unit, and being able to be pushed to an aligning position by depressing the safe button for ignition by pulling over the trigger.
