    Abstract: A preparation method for a high-refractive index hydrogenated silicon film, a high-refractive index hydrogenated silicon film, a light filtering lamination and a light filtering piece. The method includes: (a) by magnetic controlled Si target sputtering, Si deposits on a base body, forming a silicon film, which (b) forms an oxygenic hydrogenated silicon film in environment of active hydrogen and active oxygen, the amount of active oxygen accounts for 4%-99% of the total amount of active hydrogen and active oxygen, or, a nitric hydrogenated silicon film in environment of active hydrogen and active nitrogen, the amount of active nitrogen accounts for 5%-20% of the total amount of active hydrogen and active nitrogen. Sputtering and reactions are separately conducted, Si first deposits on the base body by magnetic controlled Si target sputtering, and then plasmas of active hydrogen and active oxygen/nitrogen react with silicon for oxygenic or nitric SiH.

    Abstract: The invention provides a hydrogel comprising an aqueous chitosan solution and a water-soluble linker agent. The linker agent is a block copolymer composing non-degradable block such as poly(ethylene glycol) and hydrolytic degradable block such as poly(amino acid) and polyester. Both ends of the block copolymer are terminated with active group such as glyoxylic acid, uronic acid and aldehyde benzoic acid. When the two main components are mixed together, the resulting solution will undergo spontaneous gelation at mild condition. The resulting hydrogel is able to retain the stability of biopharmaceuticals fully, therefore, which is qualified to serve as drug vehicles used in vivo and topical applications.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to efficient memory activation at runtime. A memory module (e.g., a memory riser) being added to a device would typically cause the device to enter system management mode (SMM) to activate the memory module. However, activation (e.g., memory module initialization, hardware training and system reconfiguration) in SMM may substantially delay the resumption of normal operations. Consistent with the present disclosure, at least the memory module initialization and hardware training portions of the activation may be performed by an operating system (OS) in the device, allowing normal device operation to continue during the activation. The OS portion of the activation may generate configuration data. In at least one embodiment, the configuration data may be applied for use in SMM. For example, a system management interrupt (SMI) handler may apply the configuration data during a quiescent period (e.g., a period of inactivity) that occurs during SMM.
