    Abstract: A display pane, a gate driving method and a display device are provided. The display panel comprises a pixel driving circuit in a display area and a gate driving circuit in a non-display area. The gate driving circuit is electrically connected to a first voltage end and a second voltage end. The first voltage end is configured to turn off a driving transistor of the pixel driving circuit electrically connected to an output end of the gate driving circuit. The second voltage end is configured to turn off an output transistor of the gate driving circuit to suppress the gate voltage shift of the driving transistor in the pixel driving circuit such that the reliability of the driving transistor and the fault tolerance of the display panel could be raised.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides techniques for rate adaptation under congestion and latency constraints. The approaches described herein focus on aspects of latency, reliability, and power consumption instead of the traditional aspect of throughput. In an example, a method for rate adaptation is disclosed. The method may include determining whether to transmit a new packet or a retry packet. The method may also include reducing a maximum rate for a rate search in response to determining to transmit the retry packet. The method may further include transmitting the retry packet based on the reduced maximum rate.

In one aspect, multicast wireless communication may be used in a wireless local area network (WLAN) to distribute audio or video information from an access point to multiple stations. To maintain reliability and low latency, techniques of this disclosure include link training, link adaptation, and blind retries using different transmission rates. In some implementations, a station that detects a link deterioration (such as a loss of data or change in channel quality) can send an unsolicited action frame to the access point. Using the techniques in this disclosure, the access point and the station(s) may maintain the reliability of the multicast wireless communication.
