  • Patent number: 7177124
Abstract: The present invention is a brushless DC fan motor driving circuit, comprising a control unit, a Hall element, a temperature sensor with negative temperature coefficient, and a motor, as tied in with a plurality of resistors, capacitors, diodes and transistors. Accordingly, through sensing environment temperature by the temperature sensor and feeding back the temperature sensed to the motor to control the resolving speed, the ambient temperature of the system is maintained.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: February 13, 2007
    Assignee: Datech Technology Co., Ltd.
    Inventor: Jian-Xuan Lee
  • Patent number: 7154750
Abstract: The present invention is a printed circuit board having cooling means incorporated therein, which is coordinated with a fan. The fan comprises a frame, a stator, a rotator and a circuit board. The circuit board comprises at least one electronic component, a control IC and a heat discharge region. The heat discharge region comprises two heat dissipation areas with a plurality of holes; and the control IC is at a position corresponding to the heat discharge region. Accordingly, the circuit board can be ventilated and its heat-transfer structure can be destroyed to further obtain a better heat discharge so that the work efficiency of the control IC can be improved.

Date of Patent: December 26, 2006
    Assignee: Datech Technology Co., Ltd.
    Inventors: Nien-Lun Li, Fu-Yin Wang, Ya-Hui Wu, Jian-Xuan Lee
  • Patent number: 7091689
Abstract: The present invention is a driving circuit for a two-phase DC brushless fan motor comprises a control unit, a Hall element, a motor and a motor protection circuit, an MOS element, a reverse protection circuit and a temperature control circuit. By sensing the running temperature of the motor by the temperature sensor and feeding it back to the motor and offering proper current as tied in with a current limiting resistor, thermal shutdown will not happen.
