    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a communication method, an apparatus, and a system. The communication method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a context identifier sent by a second radio access network device, and sending, to a first radio access network device, a first message that includes the context identifier; receiving, by a core network device, a second message sent by the first radio access network device, and sending, to the second radio access network device, a message that includes the context identifier; and receiving, by the core network device, context information of the terminal device that is sent by the second radio access network device, and sending the context information to the first radio access network device. Therefore, communication between the first radio access network device and the second radio access network device is ensured, and working efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an adaptive high-precision compression method and system based on a convolutional neural network model, and belongs to the fields of artificial intelligence, computer vision, and image processing. According to the method of the present disclosure, coarse-grained pruning is performed on a neural network model by using a differential evolution algorithm first, and the coarse-grained space is quickly searched through an entropy importance criterion and an objective function with good guidance to obtain a near-optimal neural network structure. Then fine-grained search space is built on the basis of an optimal individual obtained from the coarse-grained search, and fine-grained pruning is performed on the neural network model by a differential evolution algorithm to obtain a network model with an optimal structure. Finally, the performance of the optimal model is restored by using a multi-teacher multi-step knowledge distillation network to reach the precision of an original model.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing and characterizing zein-fucoidan conjugated nanoliposomes for phytol encapsulation. The method of preparation includes a preparation of zein-fucoidan nanoparticles. This includes (i). dissolving zein in a 75% ethanol solution, and preparing a fucoidan solution by mixing 40 mL of ultrapure water with 200 mg of fucoidan, (ii). removing ethanol from a resulting mixture, and (iii) eliminating insoluble substances to collect the zein-fucoidan nanoparticles. The method further includes. preparation of nanoliposomes and preparation of biopolymer conjugated nanoliposomes. The zein-fucoidan nanoparticles and nanoliposomes are combined in a specific ratio to prepare the biopolymer conjugated nanoliposomes. In the present disclosure, Zein and fucoidan are utilized as a composite biopolymer to modify nanoliposomes loaded with phytol, thereby enhancing the performance of phytol nanoparticles.
