    Abstract: Disclosed is a measurement method for characterizing ferrite grain size and phase fraction of duplex stainless steel, including the steps of: conducting heat treatment on industrial pure iron and duplex stainless steel respectively; conducting wire cutting on the samples to obtain the samples to be tested; measuring ferrite grain diameters and phase fractions of the samples to be tested; testing the samples to be tested based on an improved U-shaped sensor probe to obtain test data; constructing a response relational database; obtaining the information of the sample of arbitrary ferrite grain size and phase fraction. The present invention adopts an innovative electromagnetic characterization method to measure single microcomponents in the steel and iron materials, which can be applied to the measurement of smaller samples and improve the measurement efficiency.

    Abstract: A dual axis MEMS mirror assembly is disclosed. The assembly has a mirror and two arms, each having a rotational degree of motion and a translational degree of freedom. Each arm is hingedly attached to opposite ends of the mirror. A first pair of actuators is coupled to opposite ends of the first arm. A second pair of actuators is coupled to opposite ends of the second arm. The mirror is rotated around a first axis by the first and second arms when the first and second pair of actuators are rotated in the same angular direction causing the arms to translate in the translational degree of freedom. The mirror is rotated around a second axis by the first and second arms when the first and second pair of actuators are rotated in the opposite angular direction causing the arms to move in the rotational degree of motion.

The method employs an improved Resnet network and a deep learning Yolov8 network to extract body surface texture features and geometric features of a fish on the basis of considering influences of fish tail swing and an oxygen concentration on a fish body form based on a small sample learning framework, and then realizes identity recognition of a fish individual by coupled analysis of the body surface texture features and the geometric features. The method can realize high-accuracy fish identification with few training samples of a fish to be identified from the perspective of actual application, provides theoretical basis and technical support for accurate fish stock assessment and accurate estimation of industrially farmed fish biomass, and meets the development requirements of modern agriculture.
