Abstract: A text recognition method and apparatus disclosed. The text recognition method includes: obtaining a to-be-detected image; determining a target text detection area in the to-be-detected image, where the target text detection area includes target text in the to-be-detected image, and the target text detection area is a polygonal area including m vertex pairs, m being a positive integer greater than 2; correcting the polygonal area to m?1 rectangular areas to obtain a corrected target text detection area; and performing text recognition on the corrected target text detection area to determine the target text, and outputting the target text.

Abstract: A text recognition method and apparatus that relate to the field of information processing technologies are provided. This effectively resolves a low recognition rate of curved text. Abstract: The invention discloses a method of automatic management on configuration information based upon an intelligent substation, the intelligent substation applying the IEC-61850 standard including IED devices and a switch, wherein the method includes the following steps: parsing an intelligent substation configuration file to acquire communication configuration information and communication association configuration information of the IED devices; and generating a switch configuration file from the communication configuration information and the communication association configuration information of the IED devices. The invention can parse the intelligent substation configuration file, generate the switch configuration file and perform automatic configuration of the industrial Ethernet switch in the intelligent substation using the switch configuration file.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of implementing a redundant network. Ring network nodes in an initial state are set as master stations, ring ports are set in a half-blocked state, a master station election notification message is broadcast to the ring ports within a preset time interval, the nodes receive the master station election notification message, a node quality comparison vector is compared with node quality comparison vectors of the nodes to elect a master and standby stations, one of the ring ports is in the half-blocked state, the other ring ports are in a forwarding state, the master station broadcasts the master station election notification message to the ring ports, the standby master station stops sending the master station election notification message, the ring ports are in the forwarding state, and the message sent by the master station is received.

In the method, by extracting the TLV field of a received announce message, a first port of a network device acquires the clock identification information, forwarding times information and port identification information carried in the TLV field, and then compares the forwarding times information and clock identification information carried in the TLV field to the forwarding times information carried in the TLV field contained in a received announce message from a port by itself, and its own clock identification information, so as to select a port as a passive port.
