    Abstract: A field of asymmetric catalytic synthesis, and in particular a preparation method for a high optical indoxacarb intermediate includes reacting 5-chloro-2-methoxycarbonyl-1-indanone ester (or indanone ester for short) with an oxidizing agent in the presence of a chiral Zr-salen polymer to obtain an indoxacarb intermediate (2S)-5-chloro-2,3-dihydro-2-hydroxy-1-oxo-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester. The yield is stabilized between 86% and 90%, and the S-enantiomer content is up to 99%. Such catalyst can replace catalysts such as cinchonine, and greatly increase the content of the effective S-enantiomer of the indoxacarb, so that the content of the hydroxyl intermediate S-enantiomer of the indoxacarb is raised from 75% to 99% or more. In addition, the chiral Zr-salen polymer catalyst is recycled without retreatment, and can be recycled at least 5 times or more, greatly reducing the production cost and laying a foundation for the industrial production of high quality indoxacarb.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a lining material of a nonmetal flexible composite pipe and a preparation method. The lining material consists of the following components in the following proportions: 89.5-99.4 wt % of a polymer matrix, 0.5-10 wt % of inorganic particles and 0.1-0.5 wt % of an antioxidant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of raw materials: raw materials are weighed in a mass ratio for later use; (2) compounding and plasticizing: inorganic particles, a polymer matrix and an antioxidant are added into a twin-screw extruder or a mixer at an extruding or mixing temperature of 190-360° C., and extruded and cooled for later use; and (3) pelleting: the materials after the compounding and plasticizing obtained in the step (2) are pelleted in a pelletizer to obtain the lining material of a nonmetal flexible composite pipe.

    Abstract: A catalyst and a method for preparing S-indoxacarb using the catalyst. The catalyst is prepared using 3-tert-butyl-5-(chloromethyl)salicylaldehyde and cyclohexanediamine as raw materials, where an original quinine catalyst such as cinchonine is replaced with the catalyst for application in the asymmetric synthesis of tert-butyl hydroperoxide and 5-chloro-2-methoxycarbonyl-1-indanone ester, greatly improving selection in the asymmetric synthesis process, with the S-enantiomer content increasing from 75% to over 98%, achieving the recycling of a high-efficiency chiral catalyst, and greatly reducing production costs. The synthesis process of the catalyst is simple and is favorable for industrialization, and lays good foundations for the production of high-quality indoxacarb.

If the protocol version is a version not supporting Source Specific Multicast and the receiver device is booting, a message indicating the protocol version is transmitted to the receiver device during starting up of the receiver device so that the latter can switch to a protocol version supported by the IP multicast router device without further delay.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed to rigid or semi-rigid trays having a bulk layer comprising a crystalline aromatic polyester and a capping layer which is in direct contact with the bulk layer. The capping layer comprises a polyethylene-based polymer and is surface-treated to increase its surface tension. It has been discovered that the bulk layer and the capping layer of the present invention can be readily laminated together and have sufficient bond strength to each other despite their chemical dissimilarity. In some preferred embodiments, the capping layer acts as a heat seal layer and is formulated to heat seal to conventional polyolefin-based lidstock.
