Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for displaying clinical parameters in a chart that can be easily interpreted by medical personnel.

Abstract: A Task Enabled Switch System comprising: A Data Server with a Task Manager Module and a Switch Device Management Module; A Control Device with a Task Player; A Switch Device with a Task Enabled Switch; A user uses the Control Device to download the tasks linked with the Switch Device. Once the tasks are completed successfully, the Control Device will turn on the Task Enabled Switch in the Switch Device. Several lock/latch designs with the said Task Enabled Switch are also presented.

Abstract: A ubiquitous personalized learning evaluation network with 2D barcodes consists of a data server with User Data Management module and 2D Barcodes Management module, mobile communication devices with 2D barcode scanners, user ID recognition module and task reader, and 2D barcodes whose destination URL s are quizzes or games based on the users skill levels. Once the user scanned the 2D barcodes, and finished the task, the results will be uploaded to the data server to re-evaluate the user's skill level and assign the next proper task.

Abstract: A live multimedia product catalog system that integrates with online stores includes at least one on-line provider of advertisements or online goods, a module to make and edit catalogs, a module to publish advertisements or online goods to each catalog, a network management module and desktop application programs to retrieve the multimedia catalogs automatically and display the contents. The live catalogs can be put on websites, or download to desktops, or put on portable storage medium. These catalogs only needs to be downloaded once, their contents are automatically updated.

Abstract: A Comprehensive on line shopping & entertainment network combining interactive online gaming technology and web-camera technology is disclosed which consists of graphic images of sceneries with many stores. The sellers equipped with web-cameras can rent or buy the stores and display their goods or services. The buyers can browse through all the stores to buy the items they like, or they can also use search engine to locate the stores that sell the items they need. Within each store, the buyers can interact with the seller through text or audio instant-messaging interface to view the goods and negotiate the price. Live auctions can also be conducted using the instant messaging. On the other hand, interactive-on-line games can be developed using the same platform, which makes on-line shopping and gaming one entity.
