    Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display panel are disclosed. The array substrate includes: a base substrate, gate scanning lines, a gate-insulating layer, an active layer, data lines, a passivation layer, and pixel electrodes; the array substrate further includes: a bridge structure and a connection line corresponding to each data line; the bridge structure is located on the passivation layer and is provided in a same layer as the pixel electrodes; each connection line is located on the base substrate and is connected with the data line, through the bridge structure in an LED region and in a region under a scribe line of a counter substrate. Therefore the problem of defective display caused by breakage of data lines can be solved, and the display effect of a liquid crystal display device can be improved.

The present invention can avoid the problem of burning the gate short-circuit bar due to the occurrence of static discharge, the electrical defects in the array substrate can be normally detected and repaired in the array test process, thus the qualified product rate of the array substrate of LCD display is improved.

    Abstract: A grayscale mask plate and method of fabricating the same, a color film substrate and method of fabricating the same, and a display device are disclosed. The grayscale mask plate comprises a transparent substrate and a light blocking layer on the transparent substrate. The light blocking layer comprises an exposure region with an optical translucent film which has a light blocking ratio decreasing gradually or stepwise from a center of the optical translucent film to an edge of the optical translucent film. As a result, the intensity of light transmitted through the exposure region is uniform, such that a post spacer fabricated by the grayscale mask plate has a relatively flat top face. Thus, the post spacer exhibits a linear variation in its hardness under the action of an external force.
