Fluorescence in the returned light signals the presence of the material to be detected. The invention uses light-emitting diodes, lasers, or other light sources to generate the excitation light, light-sensing integrated circuits or imaging sensors for measuring the fluorescence signals from materials on the monitored surface, light sensors for evaluating the excitation light, and operates with on and off cycles of the excitation light to obtain the signal.

    Abstract: A method for purification of high-purity or ultrahigh-purity gas by low temperature adsorption, has the following steps: adsorbing and removing impurity in feed gas at low temperature, obtaining high-purity or ultrahigh-purity product gas with a purity higher than 99.99%, vacuumizing an adsorber by using a vacuum pump during regeneration, and introducing a small amount of gas with low impurity content into the adsorber to regenerate the adsorbent while vacuumizing. The temperature of the adsorber is not obviously increased during regeneration. In this method, the adsorber does not need to be deliberately heated in the regeneration process, the consumption of a large amount of energy and materials caused by frequent heating and cooling of the adsorber is avoided.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an ultrasonic online nondestructive measurement method for a melt density in injection molding, which solves the problems of difficult installation, high cost, influence on product surface quality, and the like existing in an existing density measurement method. According to the present disclosure, an ultrasonic velocity is obtained from a time domain signal with reference to time domain and frequency domain signal analysis of ultrasonic echo signals, an acoustic impedance is calculated by full spectrum analysis of a frequency domain signal, and the melt density is calculated from a correlation of the ultrasonic velocity, the acoustic impedance, and the density. The method has the advantages of having high measurement accuracy and being nondestructive, online and low in cost, and has a great application value in the injection molding industry.
