Abstract: Disclosed are methods, kits, and devices for diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders and the symptoms thereof. The methods, kits, and devices relate to identifying genetic markers that may be utilized to diagnose and/or prognose a subject and treat the diagnosed and/or prognosed subject by administering a drug the subject based on the genetic marker having been identified. Genetic markers identified in the methods may include a polymorphism in a gene encoding a protein associated with synaptogenic adhesion, scaffolding, neuron-specific splicing regulation, potassium channels which form leak conductances that regulate neuronal excitability, synaptic spine turnover and stability of synaptic contacts, and/or vesicle trafficking and exocytosis in presynaptic neurons and neuromuscular junctions.

An apparatus may comprise: a housing, the housing comprising a housing outlet; and a storage compartment contained within the housing the storage compartment configured to store a plurality of food items for feeding one or more pets. The storage compartment may comprise a storage compartment outlet and two rotatable wheels. The apparatus may also comprise an ejection device contained within the housing. The ejection device may be configured to eject one or more of the plurality of food items. Rotation of the two rotatable wheels causes the one or more of the plurality of food items to move from the storage compartment through the storage compartment outlet to the ejection device.

Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a middle frame component, a slide component, elastic elements, and a display screen. The middle frame component includes at least two middle frame bodies connected rotatably. The slide component includes at least two slide elements. The slide elements are slidably connected to the middle frame bodies correspondingly. The elastic elements are connected between the middle frame bodies and the slide elements. The display screen is connected to the slide component. By disposing the slide component, poor display incurred by occurrence of deformation is prevented when the display screen drops.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods and systems useful in array-based analysis of mixed nucleic acid populations, including for multiplex genotyping of a mixed nucleic acid sample and for detecting differences in copy number of a target polynucleotide and/or a target chromosome (e.g., microdeletions, duplications and aneuploidies). The disclosure also provides methods and systems useful in the diagnosis of genetic abnormalities in a mixed nucleic acid population taken non-invasively from an organism, such as a sample of blood, plasma, serum, urine stool or saliva. The disclosed methods and systems find use in multiple applications, including prenatal testing and cancer diagnostics.

Methods and apparatuses of some embodiments process the input data by at least one layer of the neural network and obtain thereby a feature tensor. Then, the distribution of the obtained feature tensors estimated. Another distribution is obtained. Such other distribution may be a distribution of another input data, or a distribution obtained by combining a plurality of distributions obtained for respective plurality of some input data. Then a distance value indicative of a distance between the two distributions is calculated and based thereon, a characteristic of the input data is determined. The characteristic may be pertinence to a certain class of data or a detection of out-of-distribution data or determination of reliability of a class determination or the like.

Abstract: Disclosed are a traffic signal recognition method, a traffic signal indication apparatus (100), and a terminal (200), which are applied to the field of intelligent driving. In addition to an existing visible light signal indication system in a traffic light pattern, the traffic signal indication apparatus (100) adds a near infrared light source (110, S). The vehicle-mounted terminal (200) determines, based on a collected near infrared light signal, traffic operation information indicated by the traffic signal indication apparatus (100). The near infrared light signal has stronger penetration force than a visible light signal. Therefore, traffic signal recognition accuracy can be improved.

The folding display device includes a first middle frame, a second middle frame, two bending members, a flexible display panel, and a first deadlocking structure. The first deadlocking structure includes a first deadlocking component fixedly connected to the first middle frame and a second deadlocking component fixedly connected to the second middle frame. When the folding display device receives a first force, the two deadlocking components are locked and connected to reduce probability of defects in the bending members. When the folding display device receives a second, the two deadlocking components are unlocked to realize free folding.

Abstract: A transient current planning method for an ultra-high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor for improving speed regulation response capabilities is provided. A transient current planning module uses a voltage model considering transient current changes to calculate current instruction values of an ultra-high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor under MTPA control, general flux-weakening control, and MTPV control; a mode switching condition judgment subsystem judges whether a control mode is MTPA control or general flux-weakening control, or MTPV control, and sends d- and q-axis current instruction values in the corresponding control mode to a voltage decoupling control module; and the voltage decoupling control module calculates d- and q-axis voltage instruction values for controlling the motor, so as to realize control over the ultra-high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor.

Abstract: A new real-time video communication device improves the clarity of shared screen by automatically adjusting the key frame's quantization parameter values. The adjustment depends on the underlying network's connection condition. When the connection bandwidth deteriorates, the key frame's quantization parameter value is further decreased on the value output from a standard H.264 encoder to derive a desirable quantization parameter value and thus achieve a desirable user experience of the shared screen. Moreover, the new real-time video communication device adjusts the frame rate of the shared screen based on the present quantization parameter value to achieve a more desirable user experience of the screen sharing.

A quantity of protection line boards is less than that of active line boards. A first port of the tributary board and a second port of the optical amplifier board are respectively configured to transmit client service data and an optical signal carrying the client service data. When a preset condition is met, the electric cross unit copies or schedules, to the protection line board, client service data to be processed by the active line board, and the first multiplexer/demultiplexer board performs multiplexing and demultiplexing together with the protection line board.
