    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyether amine catalyst, and polyether amine. A polyether amine catalyst is a supported metal catalyst; ?-Al2O3 is used as a carrier; basic cupric carbonate, basic nickel carbonate and basic cobalt carbonate are used as precursors of supported metals; and the polyether amine catalyst is prepared by performing twice adsorption roasting and once reduction by means of an equivalent-volumetic impregnation method. Easier decomposition is achieved by using basic carbonate, and only water and carbon dioxide are generated, such that processes and costs for treating waste gases can be saved. By using the polyether amine catalyst to prepare polyether amine, a conversion rate and primary amine selectivity can be improved, and the color of products can be reduced. Therefore, the obtained polyether amine can have higher activity and wider application.

The method includes: obtaining a wheel speed difference at a current vehicle speed when it is determined that a steer-by-wire system of the vehicle is failed; obtaining a positive kingpin offset value; and determining, based on the wheel speed difference and the positive kingpin offset value, a target steering angle of a vehicle wheel, and controlling the vehicle wheel based on the target steering angle. The method provided in the present disclosure can enables steering control of the vehicle based on the wheel speed difference and a positive kingpin offset when the steer-by-wire system fails, and no additional components are required. In this way, an off-system backup for the failed steer-by-wire system is achieved, improving vehicle safety and reducing costs.

The frequency of the processor may be adjusted based on a power frequency mapping table which includes various power levels and corresponding frequency values. The preparation method includes: filling a catalyst into the fixed bed reactor; pressurizing the internal pressure of the fixed bed reactor to 10˜13 MPa by a hydrogen gas, and raising the temperature of the fixed bed reactor to 150˜185° C.; adjusting the temperature of the multi-stage preheater so that the feeding temperature of a raw material reaches 125˜135° C.; and simultaneously feeding a polyether diol, liquid ammonia and the hydrogen gas into the multi-stage preheater, and after mixing and preheating, introducing into the fixed bed reactor from the feed inlet of the fixed bed reactor for a continuous catalytic amination reaction. The total amine value of the polyether amine finally obtained by the present invention reaches 28˜32 mgKOH/g, the color reaches 10˜20, and it is colorless transparent liquid.

The method is new, and compared with an existing method using state information of the cigarette burning cone “falling” and “not falling,” the method can more accurately, directly and timely reflect the state of the cigarette burning cone.

A stress-tunable film deposited on the substrate may undergo localized stress changes from selective UV exposure. Localized stress changes in the stress-tunable film may mitigate wafer bowing in the substrate. The patterned window may be designed with UV-transparent regions and UV-non-transparent regions to facilitate targeted UV exposure of the stress-tunable film.
