    Abstract: Provided are a reductive amination catalyst for preparation of polyether amine and its preparation method. According to the reductive amination catalyst, a reductive amination reaction includes: enabling polyether polyols to undergo a hydroamination reaction in presence of the reductive amination catalyst to prepare polyether amine. The reductive amination catalyst includes an MgAl2O4 carrier, Ni, Pd and Cu active components loaded thereon. ?-Al2O3 modified by MgO is used as the carrier for the amination catalyst, and the modified MgAl2O4 carrier has characteristics of high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength and low surface acidity, which can better adapt to the high temperature and high pressure reaction conditions required for low-carbon alkane dehydrogenation. In presence of the catalyst, the temperature of a reaction system is low, and the activity or selectivity of the catalyst is suitable for oligomeric oxypropylene ether.

(1) Executing extrusion commands and printing a plurality of tracks based on one or more printing templates at different extrusion rates. (2) Scanning the plurality of tracks to obtain at least one image of the plurality of tracks. (3) Processing the at least one image of the plurality of tracks to obtain geometry information. (4) Generating a printing model based on the geometry information and the extrusion commands. (5) Evaluating the printing model. (6) If the printing error result is within the pre-defined threshold, adopting the printing model as a reference for choosing extrusion parameters at a given extrusion rate. (7) If the printing error result is not within the pre-defined threshold, repeating steps (1)-(6).

    Abstract: Disclosed are to a supported catalyst used for synthesizing polyether amine, and a preparation method and use thereof. The supported catalyst introduces Mo and CeO2 into Ni and Cu active components. By means of the cooperation of Ni, Cu and Mo, CeO2 and Ni form more active sites, such that the supported catalyst can have high reaction activity and selectivity. By using the supported catalyst to synthesize polyether amine, the amination efficiency and selectivity of polyether polyol can be greatly enhanced, thereby preparing the polyether amine with light color and narrow molecular weight distribution. In addition, the cost of the catalyst can be reduced, a process condition is relatively mild, and the disadvantage of low reaction activity of a nickel-based catalyst in synthesizing small molecule polyether amine can be overcome, such that the supported catalyst has a desirable industrial application prospect.

The method is based on a surface reflection characteristic of the dark-colored cigarette paper and a principle of optical reflection to light and highlight an edge of the dark-colored cigarette sample by a light source at a certain angle from a side. In this way, the method forms a chromatic aberration to localize the dark-colored cigarette sample, thereby testing the burning performance of the dark-colored cigarette sample.
