Abstract: An oral irrigator (100) for cleaning a user's oral cavity and a method of using the oral irrigator (100) are disclosed. The oral irrigator (100) may have a reservoir (111) for storing a fluid and a tip (120) or nozzle that is in fluid communication with the reservoir (111) so that the fluid can be pumped from the reservoir (111) to the tip (120). The oral irrigator (100) may also include a pump (153) for pumping the fluid, a motor (152) for driving the pump (153), and a control module (154) for controlling the operation of the motor (152) in accordance with a mode selected by a user. The modes may include a continuous spray mode whereby the fluid is only pumped from the reservoir (111) to the tip (120) while a user is actuating an activation member (112). The modes may also include automatic spray modes whereby the fluid is pumped in accordance with pre-defined treatment protocols.

Abstract: An oral care implement having a head with a bristle bearing surface. The oral care implement may include a central bristle tuft extending from a central portion of the bristle bearing surface. The oral care implement may include a plurality of perimetric bristle tufts extending from the bristle bearing surface and arranged to circumferentially surround the central bristle tuft. The perimetric bristle tufts may have different shapes from one another.

Abstract: An electric machine grounding system with low impedance includes a rotor that has a shaft assembly and that is configured to rotate about an axis. The shaft assembly has a surface. A housing supports the shaft assembly for rotation of the rotor. A holder extends from the housing. A ground assembly is held between the holder and the shaft assembly and includes a plurality of strands that extend to the surface to ground the shaft assembly to the housing.

Abstract: A personal care product (e.g., an electric toothbrush) may include a treating portion (e.g., cleaning elements) configured to clean one or more teeth of a user of the personal care product. The personal care product may include a handle used for gripping the personal care product. A communication interface may be configured to receive signals from one or more digital devices. The received signals may include a user profile. The user profile may include an identity (e.g., identity of the user profile) and/or instructions for operating the personal care product. A processor may be configured to receive the user profile from the communication interface. The processor may be configured to cause the personal care product to perform operations according to the instructions of the user profile.

Abstract: A motor includes a housing with a stator mounted to the housing. A drive shaft is rotatably mounted within the housing by a pair of bearing assemblies, the pair of bearing assemblies each including an inner bearing race and an outer bearing race. A rotor is mounted to the drive shaft. The drive shaft includes a longitudinal oil supply passage therein, the drive shaft including a first radial passage communicating with the longitudinal oil supply and extending to the inner race of a first one of the pair of bearing assemblies and a second radial passage communicating with the longitudinal oil supply and extending to the inner race of a second one of the pair of bearing assemblies. The inner race of the pair of bearing assemblies each include at least one lube hole.

Abstract: A system/method for a cloud game can improve sharing to a social application that is locally running on a terminal. The system/method improves the scalability of cloud games, provides improved information processing, improves the sociality of cloud games, achieves a high degree of dissemination of cloud games, improves the degree of participation of players in cloud games, and improves the interaction rate of cloud games. The system/method includes logging, by a terminal, in to a cloud game installed in a server based on a trigger instruction of a cloud game login portal, transmitting an operation instruction to the server on which the cloud game is installed, and receiving sharing information including data to-be-shared transmitted by the server. The terminal can share the data to-be-shared to a target social application.

The oral care implement may include a central bristle tuft extending from a central portion of the bristle bearing surface, the central bristle tuft terminating in a domed distal surface. The outlet (126) may have a polygonal shape or the outlet (220) may be elongated or the outlet (320) may include multiple outlets (321, 322, 323) that are linearly aligned.

The oral irrigator tip (120) may be a monolithic structure. The dispensing member (150) may be non-removable from the interior of the oral irrigator tip (120), such that upon depletion of the oral care agent from the dispensing member (150) the entire oral irrigator tip (120) is replaced. The dispensing member (150) may be in the shape of a torus such that the dispensing member (150) does not impede the flow of the fluid through the oral irrigator tip (120).

Abstract: A gear box having a carburized shaft and steel bearing assembly. The bearing includes an inner-race and an outer-race. The shaft includes a distal end surface extending perpendicularly from a shaft faying surface and a shaft annular beveled edge. The shaft faying surface is in intimate contact with the inner-race. The inner-race second annular face is coplanar with the distal end surface. The shaft annular beveled edge cooperates with the inner-race faying surface to define a half-V shaped groove. An annular weld joint is formed in the half-V shaped groove thereby joining the shaft to the inner-race. The outer-race includes a first width (W1) and the inner-race includes a second width (W2). W2 is wider than W1 by greater than 0 millimeters (mm) to about 10 mm.

Abstract: An oral care implement having a head with a plurality of cleaning elements coupled thereto and extending therefrom. In the exemplified embodiment, the cleaning elements have a plurality of bristle tufts each including a plurality of bristle filaments. In one aspect, the oral care implement may include a first bristle tuft having inner and outer filaments with the outer filaments being taller than the inner filaments and a second bristle tuft having inner and outer filaments with the outer filaments being shorter than the inner filaments. The first bristle tufts may be arranged on the head in a position so as to surround the second bristle tufts, or the second bristle tufts may be arranged on the head in a position so as to surround the first bristle tufts. Distal ends of the first and second bristle tufts may be angled.
