Abstract: The invention relates to an anterior cervical plate, a lifter and an internal fixation system for use in ACAF. Fusion windows are formed at a head end and a tail end of the anterior cervical plate, wherein each of the fusion windows has a width of more than 8 mm, and a height of more than 10 mm. At least one elongated lifting groove is provided at a central longitudinal axis. It further comprises an auxiliary plate which covers a front side of the plate body when in use. The lifter comprises a lifting nail and a screwdriver. The lifting nail has a first travel control body and a second travel control body. The screwdriver is provided with a screwdriver sleeve head sleeved outside of the second travel control body and making the screwdriver to rotate with it. The internal fixation system comprises the anterior cervical plate and the lifter.

The fixing plate is provided with a plate body, wherein the plate body is provided with windows, locking members and screw fixing holes to be matched with screws. A minimum distance between an upper side wall and a lower side wall of the window in a vertical axis direction is 3-8 mm; and a minimum distance between a left side wall and a right side wall of the window in a transverse axis direction is 12.1-18 mm. The present disclosure further relates to a method for performing anterior cervical intervertebral disc resection and fusion by applying the fixation and fusion system.

Abstract: An acupuncture needle guide assembly includes an acupuncture needle with a needle handle and a needle body, a guiding tube accommodating the acupuncture needle, and a container formed of a bottom piece and a top cover piece fitting over the bottom piece to form a reservoir to store the acupuncture needle and provide a sterile protection before use. The acupuncture and guiding tube are mounted in the reservoir. Said needle handle has at least one wide part which is wider in cross-section than the other parts, being located outside said guiding tube and said reservoir has at least one narrow portion which is thinner in cross-section than other parts of the reservoir and also thinner than said wide part.
