The three-dimensional deformation field modeling method includes: five parts of solving an InSAR line-of-sight velocity field, unifying a spatial reference datum of the GNSS data and the InSAR data, verifying precision of a result of the InSAR data, solving a three-dimensional deformation field having high precision based on a least square method, and analyzing and verifying a result.
