Abstract: Provided are a photovoltaic tile and a method for manufacturing the photovoltaic tile. The photovoltaic tile includes a front film, a cell layer, an impact-resistant layer and a substrate, where an adhesive film is disposed between films of the photovoltaic tile, each of the front film and the adhesive film partially covers the substrate, the impact-resistant layer varies in dimension at a ratio being less than or equal to 0.5% before and after lamination, the substrate varies in dimension at a ratio being less than or equal to 0.5% before and after lamination, and the cell layer varies in dimension at a ratio being less than or equal to 0.5% before and after lamination.
