The first chassis has a first containment chamber, and the primary heat generation component is arranged within the first containment chamber. The first chassis also has a first liquid inlet and a first liquid outlet which are both in communication with the first containment chamber. The second chassis is arranged at one end of the first chassis and has a second containment chamber. The second containment chamber is sealed and isolated from the first containment chamber. The secondary generation component is arranged in the second containment chamber.

The liquid cooling module includes at least one liquid cooling unit corresponding to the at least one pluggable portion. The pluggable portion is configured for a plugging and mounting of a single-node server that defines a cooling cavity. When the pluggable portion is mounted with the single-node server, the liquid cooling unit is communicated with the cooling cavity of the corresponding single-node server.

The base has a central portion and a peripheral portion surrounding the central portion. A step is formed between the central portion and the peripheral portion so that the central portion is raised over the peripheral portion. The central portion defines an interior space and has a cover and two faucets. The interior space is adapted to accommodate the circulating liquid-cooling main body, and the cover closes the interior space. The two faucets are located above the cover and communicate with the circulating liquid-cooling main body. The liquid accumulation reservoir is located external to the central portion and is adapted to contain a liquid leaked from the faucets. By integrating the liquid accumulation reservoir in the liquid-cooling plate, an effective saving in an interior space of a server is resulted.

    Abstract: A liquid-cooling heat sink is disclosed which includes a substrate, a cover and a separator. The substrate includes a plate, a set of first heat sinking fins and a set of second heat sinking fins. The cover has water inlet and outlet ports. The cover and the plate together delimit a heat exchange chamber in which both the set of first heat sinking fins and the set of second heat sinking fins are confined. The separator is disposed between the set of first heat sinking fins and the set of second heat sinking fins to divide the heat exchange chamber into a water inlet compartment and a water outlet compartment. The water inlet compartment and water outlet compartment are in communication with the water inlet and outlet ports respectively. The liquid-cooling heat sink has not only enhanced overall structural strength but also improved heat exchange efficiency with a coolant fluid.
