Abstract: The solid composite stabilizer for PCE includes the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 30 parts of a phenol-substituted ion-exchange resin, 50 to 80 parts of a basic anion-exchange resin, and 50 to 100 parts of a desiccating agent. The phenol-substituted ion-exchange resin is chloromethylated macroporous polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) substituted by a phenolic compound; and the basic anion-exchange resin is chloromethylated macroporous PS-DVB substituted by an amine compound. The preparation method includes the following step: thoroughly mixing the phenol-substituted ion-exchange resin, the basic anion-exchange resin, and the desiccating agent in a specified ratio to obtain the solid composite stabilizer for PCE. The solid composite stabilizer for PCE is packaged in a glass fiber bag and placed in PCE for storage and use.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a medical moisturizing eye patch with excellent biocompatibility and lasting moisture retention and a preparation method thereof, in which firstly, the standing cultured bacterial cellulose film is purified and bleached; then, the bleached bacterial cellulose wet film is composited with a moisturizing agent; then, a mechanical pressing is made to be with a proper liquid content; and finally, a cutting is made to obtain the eye patch with a proper size, which has excellent biocompatibility, high water holding capacity, high purity, high wet strength and excellent flexibility, excellent water absorption and water locking effect, improved skin moisture content, good air permeability, antibacterial function and no side-effect. The preparation method in the disclosure is simple and easy to realize; and the eye patch can be directly applied after peeling away the backing layer in use.

Abstract: A preparation method of PVA fiber comprises the following steps: preparing a spinning dope; PVAc is used as a raw material, and dissolved with addition of methanol before filtration, and then the spinning dope is obtained; spinning; the spinning dope is injected into a spinneret, and the ejected fibers are brought into a direct current electrolytic cell, and undergo a series of reactions of alcoholysis, electrolytic catalytic alcoholysis, and the levering of the alcohol; and the solution formulation in the electrolytic coagulation bath comprises alkali, alcohol and water; acid bath; through stretching, drying, washing with water, crimping with hot water and packaging, a finished polyvinyl alcohol fiber product is formed. The mirabilite is not needed in the coagulation bath, and PVA is obtained by the alcoholysis of PVAc in an electrolytic cell, and the produced PVA fibers present high purity and few impurities.
