    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a nitrogen-doped porous carbon material and a preparation method and use thereof. In the present disclosure, the preparation method of a nitrogen-doped porous carbon material includes the following steps: conducting carbonization on a biomass material to obtain a carbon source; and mixing the carbon source with a potassium 4-aminobenzoate aqueous solution, and drying and conducting calcination in a protective atmosphere sequentially to obtain the nitrogen-doped porous carbon material. In the preparation method, the potassium 4-aminobenzoate is used as a nitrogen source as well as an activator for preparing the nitrogen-doped porous carbon material. Nitrogen doping is simultaneously completed during the activation, and the nitrogen-doped porous carbon material can be prepared through one-step calcination.

    Abstract: An outer loop initial value adjustment method, a device, and a readable storage medium are disclosed. The method may include: acquiring feature information of a plurality of User Equipment (UEs) scheduled by a cell; performing raster division on the feature information of the plurality of UEs to obtain a plurality of rasters; determining an outer loop corresponding to each of the rasters, where an outer loop value of each raster is within a target Block Error Rate (BLER) range; determining a target raster corresponding to a target UE according to the feature information of the target UE, where the target UE is one of the plurality of UEs scheduled by the cell; and determining the outer loop value corresponding to the target raster as an initial outer loop value of the target UE.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to B24B, and more specifically, the present invention relates to an endpoint detection window, a chemical mechanical polishing pad with a window and a preparation method thereof. A side surface of the window is provided with a plurality of circumferential grooves. In the present invention, a column-shaped window with a specially designed side surface structure is provided and subjected to integrated pouring and molding with a polishing pad to manufacture a chemical mechanical polishing pad having high bonding strength between the window and the polishing pad. As a side surface of the window is of a multi-groove structure, not only is the bonding contact area between the window and the pad increased, but also a convex structure is formed by a polishing pad body material poured into the grooves so as to form an embedded bonding manner with a groove structure of a window material.
