    Abstract: The disclosure provides a precursor solution, a perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The solute of the precursor solution includes a metal halide, the solvent of the precursor solution is an organic solvent, and the precursor solution contains nanobubbles, which have a diameter not more than 1000 nm, and the zeta potential of the precursor solution does not exceed-20 mV. The method of preparing the precursor solution includes: (1) preparing an organic solvent containing nanobubbles; (2) dissolving a solute in the organic solvent containing nanobubbles. The precursor solution of the disclosure has a very low zeta potential, and the nanobubbles can exist stably in the organic solvent(s) for up to one month. When comparing with traditional methods for preparing the precursor solution of the perovskite cells, the method for preparing the precursor solution of the disclosure can effectively improve the stability, reproducibility and solubility of the metal halide in the organic solvent(s).

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate and methods for attaching and peeling a flexible substrate thereof. The display substrate comprises a carrier substrate, a flexible substrate disposed on the carrier substrate, and an adhesive layer disposed between the carrier substrate and the flexible substrate. The adhesive layer comprises a magnetic viscous layer whose viscous strength is variable under an action of a magnetic field. One side of the adhesive layer contacted with the flexible substrate is provided with the magnetic viscous layer. Since the magnetic viscous layer whose viscous strength is variable under an action of a magnetic field is disposed on one side of the display substrate facing the flexible substrate, the flexible substrate can be attached and peeled during the manufacturing process just through a magnetic viscous layer under an action of a magnetic field. Further, the carrier substrate and the adhesive layer may be recycled.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a rigid base substrate, an apparatus and a method for preparing a flexible display substrate. The rigid base substrate comprises a base body having a bearing surface on which a base material used for forming a flexible display substrate is placed, the base body is provided with an inner cavity, and a plurality of through holes are provided between the hearing surface and the inner cavity to connect the inner cavity with the bearing surface. The rigid base substrate of the present invention does not need a bonding agent, and thus a cost of forming a flexible display substrate can be reduced; further, the flexible display substrate is protected from damage when the flexible display substrate is separated from the rigid base substrate; also, another flexible display substrate can be prepared using the rigid base substrate without cleaning the rigid base substrate, thereby increasing production efficiency.
