Activated MOF additive serves as an electrolyte modulator to enhance cationic transport and alleviates interfacial resistance by interacting liquid electrolyte with unsaturated open metal sites. Moreover, the flow-free liquid in solid configuration is realized by encapsulating liquid electrolyte into porous scaffold of MOF, which offers superior thermal stability.

    Abstract: A method for preparing high specific surface area activated carbon through rapid activation, comprises the following steps: 1) selecting biomass raw material with a particle size of 0.3-0.9 mm; immersing the biomass raw material in a chemical reagent for 3-6 hours; and drying the biomass raw material in a constant-temperature drying oven of 100° C.-150° C. after immersing is ended; 2) stirring or crushing the dried material to form granular material after drying is completed; and 3) adopting a fluidized bed or a spouted bed as an activation reactor; increasing the temperature of the activation reactor to 700-800° C.; introducing fluidized gas; placing quartz sand; placing the granular material obtained in step 2); activating for 1-10 min; immediately discharging the material after activation is ended; and washing the material with water until the material is neutral to obtain activated carbon with a specific surface area of 1267-1359 m2/g.

The method includes: obtaining a transmitted data volume of a flow, and identifying a predictable flow and a non-predictable flow in the flow; collecting statistics about total data transmission volumes of the predictable flow and the non-predictable flow; obtaining a congestion transmission model of the predictable flow, and solving the congestion transmission model to obtain a scheduling policy for the predictable flow; and allocating bandwidths to the predictable flow and the non-predictable flow to obtain a bandwidth allocation result, and sending the bandwidth allocation result and the scheduling policy to the host, so that the host executes the scheduling policy in a scheduling period. This can prevent congestion in advance and reduce a delay of a delay-sensitive flow, and is applicable to a large data center.

A small organic conjugated ligand is taken as a first ligand, an amphiphilic diblock polymer is taken as a second ligand, and the first ligand and the second ligand are mixed and doped with a rare-earth chloride solution, and self-assembled to form an organic rare-earth solid micelle, whereby the fluorescence emission intensity and the fluorescence efficiency of the rare-earth element are improved. Next, the prepared organic rare-earth solid micelle is spin coated on an ITO layer of a solar battery, to prepare a solar battery with the organic rare-earth solid micelle. Therefore the sunlight absorption of a cell is increased, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is improved. The preparation process is simple, low in cost, high in photoelectric conversion efficiency, and environmentally friendly.
