    Abstract: Disclosed is a selective field-assisted machining system. The system includes a micron-level high-speed identification module, an in-situ laser assisted module, an ultrasonic vibration module, an energy field loading high-speed control module, and a diamond tool. The micron-level high-speed identification module is used to quickly identify the type of a material substrate of a workpiece to be processed, process the identification information into a corresponding control signal, and send same to the energy field loading high-speed control module to implement selective processing of the workpiece to be processed, i.e. to process brittle particles using in-situ laser assisted machining and to process a soft metal substrate using ultrasonic vibration processing. In the present invention, ultra-precision cutting of brittle particles and a soft metal substrate can be completed at the same time in a single processing process.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method to improve the encapsulation efficiency and physicochemical stability of ginsenosides Rg3 and CK nano-emulsion, belonging to the field of functional emulsions. The method to improve the encapsulation efficiency and physicochemical stability of ginsenosides Rg3 and CK nano-emulsion, includes the following steps: (1) WPI, Tween 80 and water were mixed evenly according to the amount ratio of 0.5 g:0.5-0.7 g:50 mL to obtain the aqueous phase; (2) Mixing a saponin extract containing the minor ginsenosides Rg3 and CK with edible oil evenly to obtain the oil phase; (3) Mixing the aqueous phase with the oil phase, carrying out shearing dispersion to obtain coarse emulsion, and then allowing the coarse emulsion to be subjected to microfluidization homogenization to obtain an oil-in-water nano-emulsion containing the minor ginsenosides Rg3 and CK.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a model-free optimization method of process parameters of injection molding to solve the problems of frequent tests required and performing adaptive adjustment on different parameters in the existing optimization method. The method need not build a surrogate model between a product quality index and a process parameter to render the process parameter to converge nearby the optimal solution by an on-line iteration method. The present invention calculates the gradient direction of a current point by an iterative gradient estimation method, and uses adaptive moment estimation algorithm to allocate an adaptive step for each parameter. The method can significantly reduce the cost and time required in the process parameter, which greatly helps improving the optimization efficiency of process parameters of injection molding.

The polyphosphoric acid calcium magnesium fertilizer is prepared by using phosphorus tailings and phosphoric acid as raw materials. Based on P2O5, MgO and CaO, in the polyphosphoric acid calcium magnesium fertilizer: total phosphorus is 50-68%, effective phosphorus is 47-66%, total magnesium is 5-18%, effective magnesium is 4-15%, total calcium is 11-20%, effective calcium is 10-18%, and all are expressed in mass percentage. Based on P2O5, the polymerization rate of the polyphosphoric acid calcium magnesium fertilizer is ?50%. The present invention also provides a preparation method for the fertilizer. The phosphorus in the product prepared by the invention has sustained-release properties. The fertilizer is well suited for crops requiring large amounts of calcium and magnesium.
