The data acquisition system comprises: a signal transmission line, the signal transmission line having multiple first signal delay units connected in series, and the output end of each of the first signal delay units forming an acquisition point; multiple acquisition units, the acquisition units being connected to the acquisition points of the first signal delay units to acquire signals at the acquisition points; a clock unit, configured to generate a control signal; a comparison unit, configured to compare the period of the control signal with the period of a standard signal, and generate an adjustment signal according to the comparison result; and an adjustment unit, configured to adjust a power supply voltage for the signal transmission line and the clock unit according to the adjustment signal, so that the ratio of the period of the control signal to the period of the standard signal meets a set threshold range.

    Abstract: A Not and Flash (Nandflash) controller and a data transmission method with the Nandflash controller are provided. The Nandflash controller includes a parameter configuration device, configured to receive an operation command from outside, wherein the operation command indicates a current transmission type, number of times needed for transmitting data, size of which is same as that of a buffer in the Nandflash, and command parameters used by each execution; a transmission controlling device, configured to transmit data of a precoded size to/from the Nandflash during each data transmission according to the current transmission type and the command parameters used by this execution the number of times indicated by the operation command. The controller and method advantageously avoid configuring a command for the next operation each time the data of the precoded size is transmitted, save time and clock resources, and greatly improves transmission efficiency.

Another method for controlling access to data in the Flash, apparatuses corresponding to the methods and methods for controlling data access by a controller are also provided. The efficiency of data access in the Flash is raised.
