    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, information that configures multiple random access channel (RACH) partitions, wherein the multiple RACH partitions are each associated with a respective combination of one or more RACH features. The UE may select, from the multiple RACH partitions, a RACH partition based at least in part on the UE satisfying one or more criteria for the combination of one or more RACH features associated with the RACH partition. The UE may transmit, to the base station, a preamble on physical RACH (PRACH) resources associated with the RACH partition to initiate a RACH procedure supporting the combination of one or more RACH features associated with the RACH partition.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a configuration for multiple sets of prioritization parameters for a random access channel (RACH) procedure. A first set of prioritization parameters of the multiple sets of prioritization parameters may be associated with a higher priority network slice than the other sets of prioritization parameters (e.g., than the remaining sets of prioritization parameters). The UE may detect a trigger to perform a RACH procedure and select the first set of prioritization parameters for the RACH procedure based on the first set of prioritization parameters being associated with the higher priority network slice. The UE may perform the RACH procedure for the network slice according to the first set of prioritization parameters.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an organic compound, an organic electroluminescent material, and an organic electroluminescent element. The structural formula of the compound is shown in formula (I). When the organic compound of the present invention is used for preparing an organic electroluminescent element, the electron mobility, thermal stability, and luminescent characteristics are excellent; and the organic compound can be applied to an organic layer of the organic electroluminescent element. The organic compound of the present invention has a relatively good film-forming property; and when same is applied to an electron transport layer and an electron transport auxiliary layer, an organic electroluminescent element, which has a lower driving voltage, a higher light emission efficiency, and a longer service life than existing electron transport materials, can be manufactured, and thus, a full-color display panel with having improved performance and a prolonged service life can be manufactured.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel cell and a cell unit thereof, and an electric stack structure. The fuel cell has an internal common channel structure constituted by openings in various shapes two-dimensionally arranged in the plane of the cell unit. The two-dimensional arrangement of the openings has periodicity or periodicity of fluctuation to a certain extent, and the fuel fluid, cooling medium, and oxidation fluid are evenly provided and discharged to the fuel cell in the in-plane direction and stack direction of the cell unit. Provision of a sealing material in the opening in each layer of the cell unit guides the fuel fluid, the cooling medium, and the oxidation fluid to properly flow into the corresponding layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a 5' flanking sequence of the human fas gene containing a promoter region. This sequence also contains at least three transcription initiation sites, as well as consensus sequences for AP-1, GF-1, NY-Y, CP-2, EB20, and c-myb. Also disclosed are methods of altering senescence of the immune system by modifying Fas activity in cells to increase or decrease apoptosis. Fas expression and function on T cells from old (22-26-month-old) mice is also compared to young (2-month-old) mice and old CD2-fas transgenic mice. Fas expression and ligand-induced apoptosis was decreased on T cells from old mice compared to young mice. In 26-month-old CD2-fas transgenic mice, Fas and CD44 expression, Fas-induced apoptosis, T cell proliferation and cytokine production were comparable to that of the young mice.
