Abstract: A system and method for clean and low-carbon in-situ disposal of waste incineration fly ash includes a waste incineration system and a fly ash disposal system. The fly ash disposal system includes a water washing system, an MVR system, and a dioxin removal system. The water washing system includes a water washing device and a press filtering device. The dioxin removal system includes a heating device, an activated carbon adsorption device, and a heat pump system. The MVR system includes a crystallizer, a heater, a vapor compressor, and other equipment. The waste incineration system is coupled with the fly ash disposal system nearby to achieve in-situ disposal of fly ash, avoiding the logistics cost and secondary pollution problems of long-distance transportation of fly ash, and greatly reducing energy and water resource consumption.

Abstract: A voice over new radio (VoNR) user identification method is provided, including: in response to a RRC connection resume request, extracting an identifier of a user terminal from the RRC connection resume request; querying whether the identifier of the user terminal is stored in a preconfigured database, where several identifiers and storage write times respectively corresponding to the several identifiers are stored in the database; in response to querying that the identifier of the user terminal is stored in the database, calculating a time difference between a time at which the RRC connection resume request is received and a storage write time corresponding to the identifier of the user terminal; determining whether the time difference is shorter than a predefined valid duration threshold predefined; in response to determining that the time difference is shorter than the valid duration threshold, identifying that the user terminal is a VoNR user terminal.

Abstract: A method of establishing a secure wireless communication pairing using a wireless charging for authentication via an out-of-band channel. The method includes a telephone base detecting presence of a wireless handset and initiating a wireless charging process to charge the wireless handset upon detecting the presence of the wireless handset. The method further includes establishing a secure wireless communication pairing by telephone base with the wireless handset, based on information exchanged as part of the wireless charging process.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to the video coding and compression field, and disclose an encoding method and apparatus, and a decoding method and apparatus, to resolve a problem that an existing split mode cannot satisfy a relatively complex texture requirement. The decoding method specifically includes: parsing a bitstream to determine a basic split mode for a current to-be-decoded picture block and a target derivation mode for a subpicture block of the current to-be-decoded picture block; splitting the current to-be-decoded picture block into N subpicture blocks in the basic split mode, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; deriving one derived picture block from at least two adjacent subpicture blocks in the N subpicture blocks in the target derivation mode; and decoding the derived picture block.

Abstract: A method for recycling waste polyester, in particular to a method for recycling waste polyester by a modified alcoholysis method to recycle waste polyester to prepare dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), is provided and belongs to waste polyester recycling technology field. The waste polyester after dewatering and deoxygenation treatment is used as a raw material, in the step of feeding in melted state the alcoholysis agent is added in the melted waste polyester for preliminary alcoholysis, and the alcoholysis agent is ethylene glycol. On one hand, alcoholysis reaction occurs when the waste polyester raw material are melted, and at the same time, the viscosity of the melted material is reduced. Thus, the melted material remains melted at the alcoholysis temperature and is not easy to solidify again after entering the alcoholysis tank, ensuring that the alcoholysis is carried out under homogeneous conditions.

The composition includes: a thermoplastic polymeric resin and an antistatic agent, the antistatic agent is an amide organic compound represented by Formula (I). The above antistatic agent contains a strong-polarity amide group and an optional polar group. The amide group may form an intramolecular hydrogen bond, which has a shorter bond length, and a dipole electric field generated by positive and negative ions formed after ionization is strong and a voltage generated by an external electrostatic field may be counteracted, such that the antistatic agent has a better antistatic property. In the present disclosure, by adding the modified resin and the activator that have an active group, a cross-linking degree and a cross-linking density of the film are improved, and a water-vapor permeability is reduced; by adding the water blocking filler, the water blocking property of the film is further improved, thereby ensuring reliability of the assembly, and prolonging service life of the assembly.

The resin composition includes, in parts by weight, 100 parts of an alkali-soluble resin, 5-30 parts of acrylate monomers, 0.1-10 parts of photoinitiator, 10-30 parts of a first epoxy resin and 0-15 parts of a second epoxy resin. The first epoxy resin is a low-dielectric epoxy resin with a dielectric constant of <3.5 and the second epoxy resin is different from the first epoxy resin. With the addition of the low epoxy resin with the dielectric constant of >3.5, and by adjusting the ratio of the components, the resin composition significantly reduces the dielectric constant and dielectric loss, the dielectric constant is reduced to 3.0 or less, and the dielectric loss is reduced to 0.008 or less.
