    Abstract: A system and method for clean and low-carbon in-situ disposal of waste incineration fly ash includes a waste incineration system and a fly ash disposal system. The fly ash disposal system includes a water washing system, an MVR system, and a dioxin removal system. The water washing system includes a water washing device and a press filtering device. The dioxin removal system includes a heating device, an activated carbon adsorption device, and a heat pump system. The MVR system includes a crystallizer, a heater, a vapor compressor, and other equipment. The waste incineration system is coupled with the fly ash disposal system nearby to achieve in-situ disposal of fly ash, avoiding the logistics cost and secondary pollution problems of long-distance transportation of fly ash, and greatly reducing energy and water resource consumption.

The waste polyester after dewatering and deoxygenation treatment is used as a raw material, in the step of feeding in melted state the alcoholysis agent is added in the melted waste polyester for preliminary alcoholysis, and the alcoholysis agent is ethylene glycol. On one hand, alcoholysis reaction occurs when the waste polyester raw material are melted, and at the same time, the viscosity of the melted material is reduced. Thus, the melted material remains melted at the alcoholysis temperature and is not easy to solidify again after entering the alcoholysis tank, ensuring that the alcoholysis is carried out under homogeneous conditions.

The amide group may form an intramolecular hydrogen bond, which has a shorter bond length, and a dipole electric field generated by positive and negative ions formed after ionization is strong and a voltage generated by an external electrostatic field may be counteracted, such that the antistatic agent has a better antistatic property. The optional polar group may improve the above antistatic property: The thermoplastic polymeric resin has good thermal processability, and after it and the antistatic agent are subjected to melt extrusion, the adhesive film with the better antistatic property and processability may be formed.

In the present disclosure, by adding the modified resin and the activator that have an active group, a cross-linking degree and a cross-linking density of the film are improved, and a water-vapor permeability is reduced; by adding the water blocking filler, the water blocking property of the film is further improved, thereby ensuring reliability of the assembly, and prolonging service life of the assembly.

    Abstract: A resin composition and a use thereof are provided. The resin composition includes, in parts by weight, 100 parts of an alkali-soluble resin, 5-30 parts of acrylate monomers, 0.1-10 parts of photoinitiator, 10-30 parts of a first epoxy resin and 0-15 parts of a second epoxy resin. The first epoxy resin is a low-dielectric epoxy resin with a dielectric constant of <3.5 and the second epoxy resin is different from the first epoxy resin. With the addition of the low epoxy resin with the dielectric constant of >3.5, and by adjusting the ratio of the components, the resin composition significantly reduces the dielectric constant and dielectric loss, the dielectric constant is reduced to 3.0 or less, and the dielectric loss is reduced to 0.008 or less.
