    Abstract: Techniques described herein include an event notification processing platform configured to process large-scale event notifications in relative real time. The platform may receive event notifications from multiple sources and publish them to an event stream, or log. The platform may subsequently process each notification at a processing module according to one or more sets of rules and the processed information may be made available via a data store. Rule sets may be selected based on the type of event received by the platform. A backup data store may record event notifications as they are received or at periodic intervals. Event notification data may also be stored at multiple levels of the platform, so that in the case of a failure of one or more components of the platform, data may continue to be processed.

A header module houses an electrical component, such as a photo sensor, a proximity switch, a safety sensor, etc. A variety of field modules and adapter modules are provided that can be selectively added to the header module to accommodate a wide range of applications. These field and adaptor modules can include power modules, communication modules, or other types of signal processing modules. The housings and electronics of the header, field, and adapter modules are designed such that the field and adapter modules can be rotated relative to the header module to suit physical environment of the connector's location.

    Abstract: An open type nuclear magnetic resonance magnet system having an iron ring member. A superconducting coil and a superconducting switch form a closed-loop current circuit to generate a magnetic field. The generated magnetic field gains a magnetic flux circuit and executes magnetic field shielding through upper and lower iron yokes and a lateral iron yoke. The magnet system generates a desired magnetic field in a magnet imaging central area via the superconducting coil. To balance the extremely high electromagnetic force between the superconducting coil and the upper and lower iron yokes, an annular iron ring is mounted in a space defined by an inner perimeter wall of in a cryogenic container. The magnetic field distribution between the superconducting coil and the upper and lower iron yokes is changed via the iron ring, so that the electromagnetic interaction force therebetween is reduced.
