    Abstract: An electric toothbrush brush head and an electric toothbrush are provided. The electric toothbrush head is configured for connecting a driving shaft of the electric toothbrush, and the electric toothbrush head includes a head portion having bristles, and a rod portion extending from the head portion. The rod portion is provided with a groove for being connected to the driving shaft, so that the driving shaft can be inserted into the groove to transmit a vibration to the rod portion. A rotation angle reducing assembly is arranged between the rod portion and the driving shaft to allow a rotation angle of the rod portion less than that of the driving shaft.

A power of the heating apparatus in the second cooking stage is less than a power of the heating apparatus in the first cooking stage.

The SiC:H material layer is defined by a refractive index greater than the silicon oxide material layer in the range of approximately 1.65 to 4.80. The particular refractive index may be adjusted by regulating introduction of a gas, such as methane (CH4), during formation of the SiC:H material layer.

    Abstract: A method for preparing and bonding a wafer-level chip used in micro light emitting diode (Micro-LED) includes: exposing pixel areas on a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) driving substrate; patterning and growing metal electrodes; depositing a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation layer; bonding a Micro-LED chip; striping a substrate of the Micro-LED chip; preparing Micro-LED pixels; corroding splashed ITO and a metal on side walls of the Micro-LED pixels; preparing a co-negative electrode in the Micro-LED pixels. The method adopts a wafer bonding, which eliminates needs for alignment during bonding and compensates for the accuracy issue of die-to-die alignment. Before bonding, a metallization and passivation layer protection are applied to the CMOS surface to reduce chemical damage to the pixels and the CMOS. Compared to wafer-to-wafer, it reduces the bonding contact surface area, reduces stress during bonding, and improves bonding yield.
