    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data processing method and apparatus, and belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: generating a physical layer protocol data unit PPDU, where the PPDU includes a preamble field, a data field, and a middle preamble field, and the preamble in the PPDU includes information used to indicate an insertion frequency of the middle preamble in the data field in the PPDU; and sending the PPDU. The insertion frequency of the middle preamble in the data field is indicated by using a specified field in the preamble. In this way, in different scenarios, the middle preamble may be inserted into the data field at different frequency, thereby reducing overheads of an inserted pilot and improving data transmission performance.

The first PPDU includes a first preamble field and a first data field, and the second PPDU includes a second preamble field and a second data field. The first preamble field is same as the second preamble field. The first data field carries first data information sent to the first STA and second data information sent to the second STA, and the second data field carries the first data information.

    Abstract: The present disclosure suggests to expand and improve the method of utilizing channel resources in the 802.11be standard by allowing the use of multiple and non-contiguous portions of a channel. Supporting multiple resource units (MRUs) and non-contiguous resource units (RUs) improves the channel utilization by making it more efficient due to enhancing the capability of leveraging the channel selectivity. To this end, a wireless network device for resource allocation is provided and configured to define a non-contiguous MRU in the bandwidth of the channel. The channel comprises a plurality of RUs, and the MRU is defined based on non-punctured RUs after puncturing one or more of the RUs of the channel, and/or is defined by aggregating two or more non-adjacent RUs of the channel.

    Abstract: A method and a kit for determining genome instability based on next generation sequencing (NGS) are disclosed. The new method is used to determine whether there is homologous recombination defect by calculating a comprehensive value of one or more of pathogenic germline and somatic mutations, such as SNV, indels, and CNVs, and Biallelic germline and somatic mutations, pathogenic mutational signature, copy number variation (CNV) in homologous recombination repair (HRR) gene, genomic structural variation and genome instability. The genomics DNA is interrupted and added with an A adapter; then corresponding polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is conducted, and Whole genome sequencing is performed; the hybrid capture is conducted with designed probes of HRR genes and SNPs, and a captured DNA library is subjected to amplification and library sequencing; and then professional bioinformatics software is used for evaluation to determine the homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) status.

The embodiments of this application include: generating a PPDU including radar indication information, where the radar indication information is used to indicate that the PPDU is a PPDU used for radar testing, and transmitting the PPDU. According to the method provided in the embodiments of this application, the transmit end explicitly indicates that the PPDU is a PPDU used for radar testing rather than a PPDU used for communication between communications devices. When a receive end receives the PPDU, the receive end no longer monitors a channel, thereby reducing power consumption of the receive end.

In some instances, a long training sequence in the new PPDU format is orthogonal to a legacy long training sequence or orthogonal to a high throughput long training sequence. By using this long training sequence, a format of a PPDU can be automatically detected, so as to further process the PPDU according to a network standard corresponding to the format of the PPDU. In addition, when a target long training field is read, the format of the PPDU can be detected, thereby, in at least some implementations, saving time for detecting the format of the PPDU, improving efficiency of detecting the format of the PPDU, and completing a task of detecting the format of the PPDU as early as possible.
