    Abstract: Provided are a data processing method for multi-sensor fusion, a positioning apparatus and a VR device. The method includes: calculating a pose of a physical center by using data of at least one sensor set in a first positioning period; obtaining the predicted pose of the physical center according to an inertial navigation of the pose of the physical center; calculating a three-dimensional coordinate pose of each sensor set in a second positioning period; calculating, based on the three-dimensional coordinate pose, third inertial navigation data of each sensor set in the second positioning period; obtaining the converted poses of the physical center respectively through the third inertial navigation data and a pose relationship between each sensor and the physical center; and obtaining the predicted pose of each sensor set based on the converted poses of the physical center.

Application platform software and server streaming software are installed on the terminal. Client streaming software is installed on the VR device, the client streaming software is configured to send posture data to the server streaming software on the terminal, the server streaming software is configured to send the posture data to the application platform software, and the application platform software is configured to render a picture. The hardware configuration of the terminal itself is utilized for picture processing, and satisfactory pictures can be obtained on the screen of the VR device. On the other hand, the picture is rendered according to prediction positioning data/prediction posture data, thereby effectively reducing picture jitter and display delay.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a sucrose phosphorylase mutant with improved enzyme activity, and construction method thereof and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering. The amino acid sequence of the mutant of the disclosure is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The mutant of the disclosure is based on sucrose phosphorylase derived from Leuconostoc mesenteroides, and subjected to site-directed mutagenesis to improve the enzyme activity of sucrose phosphorylase. The mutant is expressed in Corynebacterium glutamicum and used as a whole cell catalyst to produce 2-O-?-D-glycerol glucoside. At a 5 L fermentation tank level, a large quantity of 2-O-?-D-glycerol glucoside can be produced efficiently in a short time, which is conducive to expanding the prospect of industrial application of sucrose phosphorylase for the production of 2-O-?-D-glycerol glucoside and realizing its large-scale industrial application.

The amino acid sequence of the aspartase mutant is as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1. In the aspartase mutant of the present invention, on the basis of wild type aspartase (with an amino acid sequence as set out in SEQ ID NO: 3), glutamic acid at position 427 is mutated into glutamine. In the present invention, by mutating the amino acid residue at position 427 into glutamine, the polar environment near an active site is changed, and thus ammonia supply during substrate reaction is further facilitated, thereby improving an enzyme activity, enhancing the ability of the enzyme in synthesizing a ?-amino acid, and providing a practical and effective strategy for industrial production of the ?-amino acid.
